Her interesting professional and educational background that combines HR, marketing and innovations enables her to get the best of different approaches in challenging situations. She is also a practitioner of Transactional Analysis – a psychotherapeutic method that has given substantial results when applied in the organizational context, as she claims. Her creativity is expressed through working hours as well as in her spare time, when she paints and writes. On top of that, she is a passionate swimmer!
