Dao sam kritiku na sva najbolja globalna istra\u017eivanja o efektivnim timovima, izneo neka sopstvena istra\u017eivanja o ovoj oblasti i ubrzo shvatio da svetu nedostaje razumljiv model efektivnog liderskog tima i kako najbolje raditi kou\u010ding sa ovim timovima.<br \/>\nOvaj model podrazumeva da, da bi bili efektivni, timovi moraju da usavr\u0161e svih pet disciplina i da sistemski timski kou\u010devi, kao i vo\u0111e timova, moraju da budu u stanju da se bave kou\u010dingom sa timom u okviru svake discipline i u spoju ovih disciplina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-224\" src=\"http:\/\/bcoaching.online\/srpski\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/08\/Diagram-web-1024x771-300x226.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"226\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>1.Smernice<\/strong><br \/>\nDa li nam je jasno \u0161ta na\u0161i akteri zahtevaju od nas? To mo\u017ee biti odbor, investitori, mu\u0161terije, zajednice u kojima radimo \u2013 dakle smernice dolazi iz vi\u0161e izvora, pa moramo biti veoma pa\u017eljivi oko aktera koje ne prime\u0107ujemo. Na primer, BP nije shvatio da su ribari isto\u010dne obale Amerike bili va\u017eni akteri pre nego \u0161to je ve\u0107 bilo prekasno. Poenta smernica je da razumemo ZA\u0160TO postojimo kao tim, na\u0161 \u201erazlog postojanja\u201c i o ovome odlu\u010duju akteri sa kojima radimo.<br \/>\n<strong>2.Razja\u0161njavanje<\/strong><br \/>\nNije dovoljno dobiti jasne smernice od svojih aktera. Dobar tim stvara sopstven ose\u0107aj kolektivnog napora \u2013 \u0161ta treba da postignemo kolektivno \u0161to ne mo\u017eemo posti\u0107i rade\u0107i samostalno? Koji su KPI liderskog tima? Ne samo na\u0161i indivualni KPI, ve\u0107 na\u0161i kolektivni ciljevi i uloge? Kako to da se ne bavimo samo na\u0161im funkcijama, ve\u0107 doprinosimo celini? Poenta razja\u0161njavanja je \u0160TA \u0107emo uraditi kao tim.<br \/>\n<strong>3.Ko-kreiranje<\/strong><br \/>\nKAKO radimo zajedno na na\u010din koji je produktivan? Kako imamo sastanke na kojima ne razmenjujemo samo ono \u0161to smo do tada ve\u0107 promislili, ve\u0107 zajedno generi\u0161emo nova razmi\u0161ljanja koja niko od nas nije imao pre nego \u0161to smo u\u0161li u prostoriju?<br \/>\n<strong>4.Povezivanje<\/strong><br \/>\nOdli\u010dni timovi nisu samo oni koji imaju dobre interne sastanke i koji su dobro povezani. Ono \u0161to tim \u010dini vrednim je na\u010din na koji se spolja anga\u017euju sa svim svojim akterima (mu\u0161terije, dobavlja\u010di, investitori, sponzori, zajednice i \u0161ira okolina). Tako\u0111e je va\u017eno da je svaki \u010dlan tima sposoban da predstavlja ceo tim, a ne samo svoju funkciju pri spoljnom anga\u017eovanju.<br \/>\n<strong>5.U\u010denje su\u0161tine<\/strong><br \/>\nAko tim samo postigne efektivnost u prve 4 discipline, on postaje sve bolji u upe\u0161nosti igranja dana\u0161nje igre. Me\u0111utim, u svetu eksponencijalne promene svaki tim mora tako\u0111e da razvija svoj kapacitet da se susre\u0107e sa rastu\u0107im izazovima i sve ve\u0107om kompleksno\u0161\u0107u budu\u0107nosti. Timovi moraju da se fokusiraju na svoje individualno i kolektivno u\u010denje. Kako mo\u017ee da uradi vi\u0161e stvari boljeg kvaliteta sa manje resursa i postane agilniji i otporniji. Tim mora da napravi pauzu da reflektuje i preflektuje svoj razvoj. Da pita kako razvija kolektivni kapacitet? I kako postaje izvor indivualnog rasta i razvoja za svoje \u010dlanove?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Ideja o sistemu je u sr\u017ei Va\u0161eg pristupa. Da li biste mogli da podelite sa na\u0161im \u010ditaocima neke glavne principe sistemskog pristupa?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Da tim nije samo produkt \u010dlanova tima, ve\u0107 ima sopstveni \u017eivot, koji tako\u0111e stvara svrhu tima i sve interkacije sa svim njihovim akterima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Interesantno je da postoji dosta konfliktnih pogleda na ulogu psihologije u kou\u010dingu, a naro\u010dito u timskom kou\u010dingu. Kako Vi gledate na ove probleme?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Timski kou\u010d mora da razume psihologiju odraslih, ljudske odnose, dinamiku tima, kao i organizaciono pona\u0161anje. Tako\u0111e moraju da razumeju i biznis budu\u0107i da nismo u biznisu da poma\u017eemo \u010dlanovima tima da se bolje povezuju, ve\u0107 da budu produktivniji i da ko-kreiraju vrednosti sa svojim akterima i za njih.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>U svojim revolucionarnim knjigama Liderski Timski Kou\u010ding i Liderski Timski Kou\u010ding u Praksi, nudite modele, sredstva i tehnike, kao i studije slu\u010daja u organizacionom timskom kou\u010dingu. Mo\u017eete li da podelite sa na\u0161im \u010ditaocima neke pri\u010de o uspehu iz Va\u0161e li\u010dne prakse timskog kou\u010dinga?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Prethodnih 35 godina sam radio sa stotinama liderskih timova u preko 30 zemalja i u \u0161irokom domenu sektora, uklju\u010duju\u0107i globalne kompanije, vlade, me\u0111unarodne dobrotvorne organizacije, profesionalne firme i univerzitete. Mnogi od ovih anga\u017emana nisu samo pomogli izvr\u0161nom timu da funkcioni\u0161e daleko uspe\u0161nije, ve\u0107 i da svaki tim bolje vodi timove koji su se prijavili. \u0160tavi\u0161e, mnogi od ovih projekata su za\u010deti da bi se pomoglo izv\u0161nom timu da kolektivno vodi glavnu organizacionu transformaciju. Dosta njih sam opisao u svojoj drugoj knjizi o timskom kou\u010dingu: Liderski Timski Kou\u010ding u Praksi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Trenutno se susre\u0107emo sa ekspanzijom digitalnih strategija i start-upovima koji remete industriju. Kako Vi vidite ulogu timskog kou\u010dinga u ovim biznis trendovima?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">U najnovijem izdanju obe moje knjige o timskom kou\u010dingu, uklju\u010dio sam studije slu\u010daja o biznis start-upovima kou\u010dinga i rastu kompanija. Upravo odavde dolazi sav napredak u zapo\u0161ljavanju, koji je u porastu, a ovde morate da radite kou\u010ding ne samo sa liderskim timom ve\u0107 i sa samim biznisom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Znamo da ste veoma zauzeti sertifikacijom kou\u010deva za sistemski timski kou\u010ding po celom svetu. Da li biste mogli da nam ka\u017eete ko je Va\u0161a tipi\u010dna publika za ovaj program i \u0161ta je ono \u0161to smatraju najkorisnijim u ovom programu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Na programima, imali smo kou\u010deve, konsultante za organizaciju i razvoj, HR direktore i HR biznis partnere, kao i CEO-e i biznis lidere koji su \u017eeleli da nau\u010de kako da razviju svoj tim i da sa njim rade kou\u010ding.<br \/>\nPovratne informacije su bile neverovatne , a ljudi izuzetno pozitivni po tom pitanju.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Koje je Va\u0161e mi\u0161ljenje o budu\u0107nosti timskog kou\u010dinga?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ovo je trenutno najpopularniji vid kou\u010dinga i verujem da \u0107e nastaviti sa rastom. Ono \u0161to je va\u017eno za napredovanje je da se fokusiramo ne samo da olak\u0161amo timu da se bolje pove\u017ee, ve\u0107 i na sistemski timski kou\u010ding koji kolektivno omogu\u0107ava timu da stvori ve\u0107e vrednosti sa svim svojim akterima, kao i za njih.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Po\u010detkom godine ste izvodili svoj program u Njujork. Koja je glavna razlika izme\u0111u kou\u010dinga u Americi i Evropi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Evropi je manje trebalo da shvati da kou\u010ding mora da se obezbedi ne samo za pojedinca, ve\u0107 i za tim, organizaciju i njene aktere. Ali u prethodne 2-3 godine je sistemski timski kou\u010ding do\u0161ao do Severne Amerike, a ja \u0107u u aprilu dr\u017eati \u010detiri treninga sistemskog timskog kou\u010dinga, u Holivudu, San Francisku, Santa Barbari i Vankuveru, od kojih su svi rasprodati!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Za kraj, koja bi bila Va\u0161a definicija timskog kou\u010dinga u jednoj re\u010denici?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sistemski timski kou\u010ding se radi sa celokupnim timom neko vreme, kako bi tim kao skupina funkcionisao bolje nego svaki \u010dlan pojedina\u010dno i na taj na\u010din generisao ve\u0107u vrednost za sve \u010dlanove tima.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Dr Hawkins, \u0161ta biste voleli da na\u0161i \u010ditaoci saznaju o Vama na po\u010detku ovog intervjua?
