Sada se ve\u0107 smatra bankarom nakon vi\u0161e od 15 godina rada u ovoj industriji. Veruje u promene i razvoj ljudi, ali u balans izme\u0111u privatnog i poslovnog, \u010demu kao majka troje dece uvek te\u017ei.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gdjo. Mini\u0107, recite mi ne\u0161to o va\u0161oj ulozi u banci Intesa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-939 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/srpski\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/10\/Ana-Minic.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"265\" height=\"368\">Mislim da moja pozicija direktora treninga i razvoja zaposlenih u Banca Intesa Beograd pokriva najlep\u0161i deo HR funkcije. Uvek u\u017eivam u zadovoljstvu koje nam donosi umetnost razvoja ljudi,bez obzira da li govorimo o treninzima za diplomce koji nam se pridru\u017euju sa fakulteta ( kao u\u010desnici na\u0161eg Intesa Junior programa) ili o organizaciji aktivnosti za na\u0161e talente iz Menad\u017eerskog talent programa u kome na\u0161i najiskusniji menad\u017eeri pokazuju veliku \u017eelju za znanjem i u\u010denjem bez obzira na ogromno iskustvo koje nesumnjivo poseduju.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Takodje, kada se na\u0161 tim za obuku i razvoj zaposlenih osvrne iza sebe, nije postojao ni jedan va\u017ean projekat ili inicijativa u banci a u kojoj nismo bili integralan i veoma va\u017ean deo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stalno iznova pronalazim nove razloge da budem ponosna na zaposlene u na\u0161em timu za obuku i razvoj zaposlenih, koji \u010dine \u010dine vrhunski profesionalci koji dolaze ve\u0107inom iz bankarske profesije. Oni su zamenili razli\u010dite delove bankarskog posla sa novim ulogama u Ljudskim Resursima i u ovoj oblasti napreduju svakog dana.Postali su pravi zaljubljenici sveta treninga i razvoja.Svi oni stalno i nesebi\u010dno dele svoja bogata iskustva sa kolegama na seminarima i drugim edukativnim aktivnostima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ljudski razvoj je neprestani kontinuum istra\u017eivanja beskrajnih ljudskih potencijala.\u0160ta je va\u0161e mi\u0161ljenje?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Iskreno govore\u0107i, re\u010di kao \u0161to su beskrajne ljudske mogu\u0107nosti na prvi pogled zvu\u010de previ\u0161e utopisti\u010dki. Iza svakog razvoja prvenstveno stoje jasna usmerenja prema opipljivim ciljevima, mnogo poku\u0161aja koji ponekad i ne uspeju, mnogo upornosti i nau\u010denog,\u0161to ne izgleda tako bajkovito ali je na kraju ishod \u010desto ne\u0161to \u0161to zaista ne mo\u017eemo opasati granicama i uvek je inspirativan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Motivacija je ne\u0161to \u0161to zaista odre\u0111uje usmerenje ljudskog razvoja. Pod tim mislim na motivaciju organizacije da razvija svoje zaposlene sa jedne strane, i samomotivaciju za u\u010denjem svakog pojedinca sa druge strane. Zaposleni na kraju krajeva uvek sami odlu\u010duju koje \u0107e od svojih potencijala razviiti i do koje mere, bez obzira na to \u0161ta je plan njihove organizacije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esencija dobre funkcije upravljanja ljudskim resursima jeste identifikacija li\u010dnih ciljeva pojedinaca i njihovo pravo uparivanje sa biznis ciljevima organizacije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Biti u poziciji da prepoznajete, ohrabrujete, podr\u017eavate i razvijate zaposlene je ne\u0161to \u0161to vas mo\u017ee ispuniti u svakom mogu\u0107em pravcu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Koliko je va\u017ean deo razvoja ljudi u delu pronala\u017eenja najboljih mogu\u0107nosti i ostvarivanju boljih rezultata?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010cesto ljudi na prvu loptu ne povezuju svoje bolje rezultate sa svojim razvojem, i ponekad se najbolji performeri dr\u017ee ustaljenih navika i ve\u0161tina koje im rade \u201cna terenu\u201d. Potrebno je uva\u017eiti njihove uspehe ali im i pokazati im da ukoliko ne nastave sa sopstvenim razvojem i u\u010denjem, ne\u0107e biti uspe\u0161ni na duge staze.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Me\u0111utim, situacija se popravlja. Budu\u0107i da \u017eivimo u vremenima stalnih promena, sada je svest mnogo vec\u0301a, a zaposleni su po\u010deli da shvataju potrebu stalnog u\u010denja i istra\u017eivanja novih na\u010dina da se stvari zavr\u0161e.<br \/>\nSvi ciljevi obuke proizilaze iz kombinacije na\u0161ih biznis ciljeva i individualnih kapaciteta i te\u017enji na\u0161ih zaposlenih. Trenutno uvodimo velike projekte koji proizilaze iz procesa odgovora banke Intesa na potrebe na\u0161ih klijenata i buduc\u0301e trendove u bankarstvu, \u0161to je, naravno, povezano sa razvojem ljudi. Na\u0161 posao je da pomognemo kolegama da se prilagode promenama, razviju svoj performans i prona\u0111u najbolje mogu\u0107nosti za sebe u na\u0161oj viziji bankarstva u godinama koje su pred nama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Najva\u017eniji zadatak modernog menad\u017ementa ljudskih resursa jeste da kreira organizacionu kulturu u kojoj neophodnost u\u010denja postaje fundamentalna potreba a u kojoj svaki pojedini zaposleni vidi koristi za sebe u razvoju svojih kompetencija i ve\u0161tina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sa ponosom mogu da istaknem da zaposleni u na\u0161oj banci uvek tra\u017ee stolicu vi\u0161e na treninzima i da ne \u010dekaju godi\u0161nju evaluaciju kako bi tra\u017eli priliku za razvojem ve\u0107 nam \u0161alju razli\u010dite potrebe za obukama skoro na dnevnoj bazi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Koji je slede\u0107i korak u va\u0161oj razvojnoj strategiji?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U na\u0161oj banci smo postavili sistem koji se fokusira na razli\u010dite kategorije zaposlenih i pokriva vi\u0161e nivoa. Po\u010dev\u0161i sa pa\u017eljivim pra\u0107enjem uvodjenja u posao novozaposlenih kao i kolega koji menjaju pozicije, kroz specifi\u010dne Akademije za razli\u010dite pozicije, do implementacije tri nivoa Talent programa ( za mlade diplomce polaznike na\u0161eg Junior programa, za talente na srednjim menad\u017eerskim pozicijama i za na\u0161e u\u010desnike internacionalnog talent programa). Vodimo veliku pa\u017enju i o u\u010desnicima \u201cBusiness Inteligence zajednice\u201d koji kroz odre\u0111ene obuke u\u010de i razvijaju razli\u010dite alate za analizu i obradu podataka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Naravno, \u010dak i kada je sistem postavljen na razli\u010ditim nivoima, stalno vr\u0161imo evaluacije vi\u0161e kategorija, s vremena na vreme vr\u0161imo istra\u017eivanje o benefitima i uticaju na\u0161ih programa. Na osnovu rezultata uvodimo nove aktivnosti i pobolj\u0161avamo svoje procese. Tako\u0111e uvodimo agilne metode poslovanja i promovi\u0161emo kou\u010ding kulturu (kroz grupni kou\u010ding i individualni kou\u010ding za seniorski menad\u017ement).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ono \u0161to nam sledi i \u010demu se posebno radujemo je rad na novom Talent programu za kolege na nemenad\u017eerskim pozicijama u kome \u0107emo prepoznati i razvijati budu\u0107e lidere i eksperte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Investicija u ljude je izgradnja budu\u0107nosti, i to nije samo fraza ve\u0107 \u010dinjenica.Najbolje kompanije su one koje su dovoljno strpljive da vide rezultat svojih i ulaganja u razvoj ljudi One shvataju da rezultati razvojnih programa koji direktno proizilaze iz biznis strategija ne mogu da ne ispune o\u010dekivanja.<br \/>\nDuboko verujem da smo postavili dobre temelje za razvoj ljudi u vi\u0161e potrebnih pravaca, i stvorili klimu u kojoj se vidi da je na\u0161a banka organizacija koja konstantno u\u010di i razvija se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kako defini\u0161ete liderstvo i ulogu lidera u razvoju ljudi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Veoma \u010desto, pojam liderstva se me\u0161a sa ne\u010dijom harizmom ili menad\u017eerovom energijom da ostvari dobre rezultate.Biti lider je mnogo vi\u0161e od toga, on je menad\u017eer koji \u017eudi za inovacijama, onaj koji uspeva da vodi ljude na pravi na\u010din, odlu\u010dan da ostvari ciljeve kompanije, pri tome prilago\u0111avaju\u0107i svoj liderski stil svakom \u010dlanu tima, ostaju\u0107i skroman i fokusiran na razvoj sebe i svojih ljudi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Klju\u010d pravog liderstva le\u017ei u tome da pravi lideri nisu samo zainteresovani da budu bolji u ne\u010demu ve\u0107 da im je primarni zadatak da neumorno tragaju za razvojem ljudi oko njih. Oni ohrabruju ljude, trude se da ih duboko upoznaju i razumeju, a to vodi ka tome da su u stanju da ih izvuku iz konforne zone i izazovu ih da poka\u017eu i razviju ono najbolje u sebi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kao primer navedenog, \u017eelim da vam opi\u0161em dobru praksu na\u0161eg talent programa koji je namenjen srednjem menad\u017ementu. Ovaj program pod nazivom \u201cTreasure Leadership Talent Program\u201d spojio je na\u0161e najbolje menad\u017eere sa srednjih menad\u017eerskih pozicija i njihove iskusne mentore ( sa linije vi\u0161eg menad\u017ementa) odabrane zbog toga \u0161to su pokazali razli\u010dite i raznorodne liderske kvalitete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tokom skoro 2 godine, mentori su svojim talentima posve\u0107ivali svoje vreme, pomagali im da prevazi\u0111u te\u0161ke situacije, savetovali ih i hrabrili a \u010desto im i davali izazovne zadatke. Rezultat programa je bio za nas dragocen, osim internih promocija na vi\u0161e pozicije, na\u0161i mentiji su postali ohrabreni i sigurni u sebe, motivisani da u\u010de, sa jasnim razvojnim ciljevima, ali ono najlep\u0161e \u0161to su dobili i jedni i drugi bili su novi odnosi i veze koje \u0107e trajati i dugo nakon zavr\u0161etka cele pri\u010de.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-940\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Ana_team-1-1024x457.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"457\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Ana_team-1-1024x457.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Ana_team-1-300x134.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Ana_team-1-768x343.jpg 768w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Ana_team-1.jpg 1279w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Za kraj, \u0161ta je u poslednje vreme najve\u0107i uspeh va\u0161eg tima i sektora?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kao dodatak velikog opsega na\u0161eg redovnog posla, rad na velikim razvojnim projektima ( kao \u0161to su adaptacija novog bankarskog modela i priprema za implementaciju novih bankarkih aplikacija), u\u010dinila je ovu godinu u najmanju ruku veoma zahtevnom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bez obzira na to, na\u0161 tim je pokazao svoju sna\u017enu inventivnost i prilagodljivost inovacijama, novinama i veliku vredno\u0107u u radu.
