Koji su izazovi u radu u ovom sektoru?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Svaka industrija i sektor rada ima svoje specifi\u010dnosti koje u kombinaciji sa najnovijim otkric\u0301ima, tehnolo\u0161kim izumima ili, u na\u0161em slu\u010daju u prehrambenoj industriji, nau\u010dnim istra\u017eivanjima i hranljivim trendovima, stvaraju izazove koje moramo prevazic\u0301i. Upravo ovde, mo\u017eda se i najvec\u0301e promene u ovom sektoru ponekad de\u0161avaju \u010dak i svakodnevno i nailazimo na ne\u0161to novo, preporu\u010deno i potrebno. Sve to rezultira stalnom promenom i pobolj\u0161anjem prehrambene industrije. Takve promene uzrokovane su najnovijim trendovima u ishrani, zakonskom regulativom, sigurno\u0161c\u0301u i kvalitativnim standardima, kao i tr\u017ei\u0161nom, tj. potra\u017enjom potro\u0161a\u010da. Stoga se prehrambena industrija modelira kao kombinacija svih ovih uticaja. Brzina prac\u0301enja promena je ono \u0161to stvara na\u0161e izazove, koje svakodnevno prevazilazimo.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0160ta smatrate klju\u010dnim za bolje pra\u0107enje i prilago\u0111avanje novim uslovima na tr\u017ei\u0161tu?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uglavnom je to svest o potrebi za promenom. Ni\u0161ta ne mo\u017ee da ostane isto kao pro\u0161le godine, \u010dak ni kao pro\u0161log meseca. Svaki proces je podlo\u017ean promeni zarad daljeg razvoja, a pogotovo tr\u017ei\u0161te FMCG. Svest o potrebi za promenom ide ruku pod ruku sa obrazovanjem, i ba\u0161 zato je kontinuirano obrazovanje klju\u010dno za proces napretka, ne samo individualno ve\u0107 i na nivou kompanije. Verujem da je obrazovanje polazna ta\u010dka jer znanje pru\u017ea samopouzdanje, razvija samoinicijativu i proaktivnost, inventivnost i kreativnost, \u0161to je neverovatno va\u017eno za upravljanje kompanijom. Obrazovanje podsti\u010de divergentno razmi\u0161ljanje i kako prona\u0107i pravo re\u0161enje za svaku situaciju. Kada je re\u010d o tr\u017ei\u0161tu, previ\u0161e ga personifikujemo, ali svakako, svako kretanje ili promenu na tr\u017ei\u0161tu podsti\u010du upravo ljudi, potro\u0161a\u010di ili menad\u017eeri, osoba koja poseduje ove karakteristike. Ona koja poseduje znanje i mo\u0107 za promenu.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Da li imate neko iskustvo sa kou\u010dingom i kakav je Va\u0161 stav o ovakvom na\u010dinu pobolj\u0161anja rada?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1171 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/srpski\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/12\/DSC_0044-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>Svaki tip obrazovanja predstavlja uspostavljanje prednosti u odnosu na ostale i garantuje uspeh kompanije. Pobolj\u0161anje, sticanje znanja na posebno produktivan na\u010din se odra\u017eava na nivou menad\u017eera, jer stvara efekat poverenja i odlu\u010dnosti, karakteristike koje su veoma \u010desto krucijalne za poslovno okru\u017eenje. Kou\u010ding, kao posebno diferenciran oblik obrazovanja je savr\u0161ena veza novih znanja, prakti\u010dnog dela i primene u specifi\u010dnoj oblasti. Po mom iskustvu upravo ovaj pristup zadire u su\u0161tinu obrazovanja i daje najpreciznija uputstva za razvoj. Ovo je najvec\u0301a prednost takvog obrazovanja, koji je kreiran po meri i specifi\u010dan je za razli\u010dite industrije u skladu sa zahtevima. Kada je re\u010d o promenama, \u0161iroka primena kou\u010dinga potvr\u0111uje istu stvar, da je segmentiranje cenjeno u edukativnom pristupu, za razliku od generalizovanja.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vitaminka zapo\u0161ljava oko 700 ljudi razli\u010ditog profesionalnog profila; koliko je potreban i va\u017ean njihov profesionalni razvoj za jednu modernu kompaniju?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zapravo je neophodno; obrazovanje i usavr\u0161avanje zaposlenih donose promene, inovacije i kreativnost za kompaniju, pa tako i za Vitaminku. Nijedna kompanija ne mo\u017ee da napreduje ako nije inventivna u svom radu. I to ne samo kada je re\u010d o proizvodima, ve\u0107 bukvalno u svim sektorima, laboratorijama, razvojnim departmanima, distribuciji, mre\u017ei, trgovini i komunikaciji. U svim svojim segmentima, kompanija treba da se razvija u novim pravcima, a to mogu da urade samo ljudi, zaposleni i to tako \u0161to se obrazuju, treniraju ili usavr\u0161avaju na bilo koji na\u010din.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tokom svoje profesionalne karijere, dok ste radili u jednom od najdinami\u010dnijih i najkonkurentnijih sektora, a osim toga \u010dak i u najnestabilnijim departmanima, u pro\u0161losti i danas, da li ste se ikada osetili kao da je biti \u017eena ne\u0161to \u0161to mo\u017ee predstavljati prepreku u ostvarenju ovih ciljeva?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Li\u010dno verujem, naravno na osnovu svog iskustva, da uspeh zavisi samo i isklju\u010divo od li\u010dne posve\u0107enosti. Osnova uspeha su znanje i naporan rad, a ovo se sti\u010de obrazovanjem. Ne postoji prepreka kao \u0161to je pol za to da se stekne kvalitetno obrazovanje, ne postoji izgovor da se razvijate znanjem, kompetencijom i stru\u010dnosti u onome \u0161to radite. Sve ovo \u0107e vam dati kompetenciju da upravljate, organizujete sebe i posao, da stvorite tim koji \u0107e zajedni\u010dkim snagama ostvariti uspeh. Tako\u0111e, niko i ni\u0161ta ne mora da zaostaje, ku\u0107a, dru\u0161tveni \u017eivot, pa \u010dak ni posao. Jednostavno je \u2013 ako ste samouvereni u onome \u0161to radite, lako \u0107ete ispuniti i profesionalne i privatne obaveze.
