Eris Ries je jedan\nod prvih ljudi koji su ovo prepoznali i poku\u0161ali da objasne ovu pojavu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedan od njegovih\nprvih poduhvata, Catalyst Recruiting, je propao zato \u0161to Eric, a ni njegove\nkolege nisu razumeli \u0161ta \u017eele njihovi glavni korisnici. Imao je sre\u0107u da mu mentori budu neka od najve\u010dih imena u\nSillicon Valley-u u to vreme, jedan od kojih je bio i Steve Blank,\nan\u0111eo-investitor i profesor na Univerzitetu Berkeley. Steve je napisao\nmetodologiju \u201cRazvoj potro\u0161a\u010da\u201d (Customer Development).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steve je insistirao\nda svi izvr\u0161ni menad\u017eeri IMVU-a odslu\u0161aju njegova njegova predavanja na\nuniverzitetu Berkeley na temu preduzetni\u0161tva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ries je primenio\nBlankovu metodologiju \u201cRazvoja potro\u0161a\u010da\u201d i integrisao je sa nekim drugim\nidejama koje je ve\u0107 naveliko koristio iz \u201clean\u201d proizvodnje, agilnog razvoja\nsoftvera i \u201cdesign thinking\u201d-a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono \u0161to je iz toga\niza\u0161lo je bio novi pristup stvaranju kontinuirane inovacije. Nazvao ju je \u201cLean\nStartup\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLean Startup\u201d\nmetodologija je prvi put predlo\u017eena 2008. od strane Erica Riesa, a zatim i\nobjavljena 2011. u vidu knjige \u201cThe Lean Startup\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eric u svojoj\nknjizi identifikuje 2 glavna problema koji propali startupi imaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uobi\u010dajeni\nindikatori uspeha iz prethodnih era ne rade za startupe. Ne postoji dobar plan,\njaka strategija i temeljno istra\u017eivanje tr\u017ei\u0161ta za startup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Startupi\nfunkcioni\u0161u sa previ\u0161e neizvesnosti. Oni jo\u0161 uvek ne znaju ko su im korisnici\nni \u0161ta bi trebalo da im je proizvod. Samim tim te\u017ee je predvideti budu\u0107nost\nnego \u0161te je to bilo u nekim prethodnim vremenima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planiranje i\nprocenjivanje funkcioni\u0161e samo ako je bazirano na stabilnoj istoriji i\nstati\u010dnom okru\u017eenju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stratupovi nemaju\nni jedno ni drugo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drugi problem je\n\u0161to kada vide da tradicionalni menad\u017ement nije uspeo da re\u0161i gore pomenute\nprobleme, neki preduzetnici i investitori su usvojili \u0161kolu razmi\u0161ljanja \u201cSamo\nu\u010dini to\u201d. Ova \u0161kola veruje da ukoliko je menad\u017ement problem, onda je haos\nre\u0161enje. Na\u017ealost, ni ovo ne radi. Iako su stratupovi disruptivni, haoti\u010dni i\ninovativni, i dalje im treba da se njima upravlja, tj menad\u017euje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pet osnovnih principa \u201cLean Startup\u201d-a koji adresiraju sve probleme koje je Eric primetio kroz njegovo li\u010dno iskustvo i iskustvo iz njegovog orku\u017eenja su (citirano iz knjige)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Preduzetnici su svuda.<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne mora\u0161 da radi\u0161 u gara\u017ei kako bi bio u straupu. To zna\u010di da su preduzetnici svuda i da \u201cLean Startup\u201d mo\u017ee da radi na kompaniji bilo koje veli\u010dine, \u010dak i na izuzetno velikoj, u bilo kom sektoru ili industriji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Preduzetni\u0161tvo je menad\u017ement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Startup je institucija, ne samo proizvod, i stoga zahteva novu vrstu menad\u017ementa specifi\u010dno prilago\u0111enog za njegov kontekst ekstremne neizvesnosti. U su\u0161tini, kao \u0161to \u0107u kasnije objasniti, verujem da \u201cpreduzetnik\u201d mo\u017ee biti opis posla u svim modernim kompanijama \u010diji rast i razvoj zavise od inovacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Validirano u\u010denje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Startopovi ne postoje samo da bi pravili stvari, donosili novac ili slu\u017eili korisnicima. Oni postoje da bi nau\u010dili kako se gradi odr\u017eivi posao. Ovo u\u010denje mo\u017ee da se validira nau\u010dno kroz pu\u0161tanje \u010destih eksperimenata koji omogu\u0107avaju preduzetnicima da testiraju svaki element njihove vizije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Napravi-Izmeri-Nau\u010di<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osnovna aktivnost startupa je da pretvori ideje u proizvode, izmeri kako korisnici reaguju i onda nau\u010di da li da nastavi u istom smeru ili da preokrene razvoj proizvoda. Svaki startup proces bi trebalo da bude opremljen da ubrza taj ciklus povratne informacije od korisnika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>Ra\u010dunovodstvo inovacije<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako\nbi unapredili preduzetni\u010dke rezultate i dr\u017eali inovatore odgovornima, moramo se\nfokusirati na dosadne stvari: kako meriti progres, kako postavili rokove i kako\nprioritizovati posao.
