Njegov moto je bio \u201cSaper vedere\u201d ili \u201cZnati gledati\u201d. To je kamen\ntemeljac njegovog umetni\u010dkog, ali i njegovog nau\u010dnog rada. Interesantno je i to\nda se Leonardov u\u010ditelj, koji ga je odgajio zvao Verokio (u prevodu njegovo ime\nzna\u010di \u201cpravo oko\u201d).&nbsp; Za Leonarda, oko je\nbilo \u201cistinski prozor du\u0161e i glavno sredstvo pomo\u0107u koga razum mo\u017ee\nnajpotpunije i najobimnije shvatiti beskrajna dela prirode\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako malo bolje promisiimo,\nve\u0107ina izuima i u vreme Leonarda, ali i danas, nastaju posmatranjem i primenom\nzakona i pojava u prirodi. Da li ste znali da je ki\u0161obran posledica inspiracije\nglatkim listovima biljaka sa kojih kapljice ki\u0161e lako klize?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No, nisu samo o\u010di dovoljne da bi se jednoj situaciji pristupilo sveobuhvatno. Neophodno je anga\u017eovati sva \u010dula. Ona slu\u017ee umu i du\u0161i da sagledaju, osete, promisle, donesu odluke i defini\u0161u neophodne akcije.&nbsp; Na \u017ealost, u dana\u0161njem svetu brzih i vi\u0161estrukih komunikacija, preteranog broja poruka i informacija, de\u0161ava se da ljudi gledaju &#8211; a ne vide, slu\u0161aju &#8211; a ne \u010duju, jedu &#8211; a ne ose\u0107aju ukus. Ukoliko se posvetimo razvoju \u010dula, ne samo da razvijamo um ve\u0107 dorpinostimo bogatstvu iskustava, koja \u0107e kasnije prerasti u na\u0161e znanje i ve\u0161tine. I pored velikog broja\n\u010dlanaka i edukacija, malo je onih koji su\u0161tinski razumeju \u0161ta re\u010d <em>aktivno<\/em> zna\u010di u ovom izrazu. Ve\u0107ina \u0107e\nre\u0107i da to zna\u010di u\u010destvovati u razgovoru tako, \u0161to povremeno klimnemo glavom,\nka\u017eemo \u201dm-hm\u201d ili \u201cda\u201d, postavimo smislena pitanja i ponovimo izgovorene re\u010di\nsagovornika. Tako mu, re\u0107i\u0107e oni, pokazujemo da ga slu\u0161amo. Na \u017ealost, nisu oni\nkrivi \u0161to su tako razumeli uputstva za aktivno slu\u0161anje. Kao i u ostalim\noblastima, brzina i hipreproizvodnja je doprinela i da se i na tr\u017ei\u0161tu\nedukacija pojavljuju stru\u010dni, i oni koji to nisu. Ne bi me za\u010dudilio da jednog dana pro\u010ditam\nknjigu sa uputstvom: \u201dSredom nosite crvene \u010darape, a \u010detvrtkom plave i &#8211; bi\u0107ete\nuspe\u0161an lider\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preduslov za demonstraciju\nbilo koje ve\u0161tine, pa i aktivnog slu\u0161anja, je <strong>prisutnost<\/strong>. Jo\u0161 va\u017enije, prisutnost je preduslov i za\nuspostavljanje kvalitetnih odnosa sa sobom, pojedincem iz tima i celokupnim\nsistemom. No, to je jedna od najte\u017eih ve\u0161tina u dana\u0161njem brzom, poslovnom\nsvetu. Poslovni ljudi odlaze na odmor, lete u neudobnim avionima satima, \u010dak i\ndanima preko nekoliko aerodroma i pola sveta da bi sa druge geografske \u0161irine\nopet gledali u svoje mobilne telefone i tablete, sa slu\u0161alicama na u\u0161ima, u\nzamra\u010denim sobama <em>all inclusive <\/em>hotela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mala je verovatno\u0107a da \u0107ete\nprimetiti zalazak sunca, osetiti ukus majkine du\u0161ice u jelu ili toplinu sunca\nna ko\u017ei, miris soli ili zvuk barke na pu\u010dini ukoliko niste prisutni. A,\nzamislite, koliko vam tek napora treba da saslu\u0161ate svog zaposlenog o\nproblemima sa kojima se on susre\u0107e u izvr\u0161enju zadatka (koji ste mu vi\ndodelili) u trenutku kada va\u0161 nadre\u0111eni \u017eeli izve\u0161taj o poslovanju u poslednjih\nmesec dana?!&nbsp; Mo\u017eete tri puta klimnuti\nglavim i deset puta re\u0107i \u201cm-hm\u201d \u2013 niti ste vi njega \u010duli, niti vam on veruje da\njeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvi preduslov razvoja i\nkori\u0161\u0107enja \u010dula u poslovnom okru\u017eenju je estetski inspirativno radno okru\u017eenje.\nOkru\u017eenje koje izaziva, otvara i razvija \u010dula. Potrudite se da svoj prostor, ali\ni prostore ljudi oko vas, zajedni\u010dke prostore,&nbsp;\npa \u010dak i toalete u\u010dinite inspirativnima, zanimljivima. U okru\u017eenju koje\nsve vi\u0161e \u201cokupiraju\u201d milenijalci, re\u010di <em>inspirativno,\nkreativno i zabavno<\/em> su preferirani opisi prostora u kome \u017eele da rade. Sa\ndruge strane, odeljenja zadu\u017eena za razvoj ljudi od rukovodilaca kompanije koji\nsede u kancelarijama sivih zidova i sa itisonskim podovima, neprestano dobijaju\nzahteve za organizacijom obuka \u010dija je svrha pove\u0107anje motivacije,\ninovativnosti i kreativnost zaposlenih. Iznenadili bi ste se \u0161ta mogu da u\u010dine\nbiljka, stolice u boji ili zanimljivi posteri na zidovima. Sve\u017ee vo\u0107e i prijtna\nmuzika su bonus. O nekom smelijim poku\u0161ajima i da ne govorimo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svaki psiholog \u0107e vam potvrditi da je kvalitet stimulacija koja dolazi iz spolja\u0161njeg sveta presudan za razvoj \u017eeljenih osobina. Bez obzira da li se radi o detetu ili odrasloj osobi. Svesni roditelji su toga vrlo svesni, pa svojoj deci opremaju sobe tako da aktivno podsti\u010du razvoj ovih osobina jo\u0161 od najranijeg detinjstva. Upravo kreativnost i inovativnost su sve vi\u0161e prepoznate kao klju\u010dne u dana\u0161njem poslovanju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-8-1024x683.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3128\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-8-1024x683.png 1024w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-8-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-8-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-8-1536x1024.png 1536w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-8-2048x1365.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prisutnost dodatno uti\u010de na\njo\u0161 jednu visokocenjenu kategorju procene potencijala i kvaliteta lidera \u2013 na <strong>emocionalnu inteligenciju. <\/strong>Uprkos\nverovanjima da je empatija vrhunac emocionalne inteligencije (EI), u poslovnom\nokru\u017eenju sve se vi\u0161e zna\u010daja daje merenju i razvoju njenih klju\u010dnih elemenata.\nElementi EI kao \u0161to su: dono\u0161enje odluka, provera realnosti, upravljanje\nstresom, asertivnost, samoostvarenje i mnoge druge u mnogome uti\u010du na uspe\u0161nost\npojedinca, ali i tima vo\u0111enog tim pojedincem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na primer: lideri \u010desto\nbivaju ljuti. Mnogi od njih su, zapravo: iznevereni, poni\u017eeni, upla\u0161eni i\nsli\u010dno. Isto tako, u dobrim vremenima su \u201cdobro\u201d. A zapravo su: ponosni na\nsebe, sre\u0107ni, uzbu\u0111eni i sli\u010dno. Onda, kada investiraju vreme u <strong>pauzu<\/strong> &#8211; u vreme kada su sami sa sobom,\nmogu da dopru do najdubljih dubina sebe i da razumeju kako su ta\u010dno i za\u0161to se\ntako ose\u0107aju. Tada \u0107e biti prisutni i tada \u0107e aktivno\nsaslu\u0161ati sagovornioka.
