Odgovor na ovo pitanje je o\u010digledan, zar ne? Da li mislite da mo\u017eete da konzumirate svoju hranu bez ova dva sastojka? Da, mo\u017eete. Ali da li \u0107e njegov ukus biti na vrhuncu i da li \u0107e se vama u potpunosti svideti? Mo\u017eda ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da li se ova dva sastojka koriste samo kao za\u010din za hranu ili zapravo i oni imaju nekakvu vrednost?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So je veoma potreban deo na\u0161e ishrane i zdravlja. Predstavlja glavni izvor sodijuma i hlorida u ishrani \u010doveka. Sodium je neophodan za funkcionisanje nerava i mi\u0161i\u0107a i uklju\u010den je u regulisanje te\u010dnosti u telu, dok joni hlorida slu\u017ee kao va\u017eni elektroliti tako \u0161to reguli\u0161u ph vrednosti krvi i pritisak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa druge strane, biber je izvor minerala koji poma\u017eu stomaku da bolje vari hranu i podsti\u010de zdravlje creva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ok, da li je ovo nekakav recept za hranu ili blog o ishrani? Vidim da je \u2019Agile\u2019 u naslovu. Pa \u0161ta so i biber rade u agilnom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hajde da po\u010dnemo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Verujem da su skoro svi koji \u010ditaju ovaj \u010dlanak upoznati i da su im zapala za u\u0161i dole navedena pitanja i izjave:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eIzgleda da radimo waterfall za dve nedelje i to nazivamo Scrum.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eTreba da imamo MVP na kraju svakog sprinta, ili se taj sprint ni ne va\u017ei\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eDa li imamo jasno definisan DOD\/DOR kojeg treba da se dr\u017eimo?\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eSpremni smo za agilno, ali nam menad\u017eeri ne dopu\u0161taju\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eNe postoji vi\u0161e motivacije za rad ovde, bez obzira da li koristimo agilno ili ne\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eVoleo bih da napravim dosta promena, ali moj menad\u017eer bi ih odmah poni\u0161tio\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da li ste se susretali sa ovim izjavama dok na poslu obavljate dnevne obaveze? Ako da, nadam se da \u0107e vam koristiti ovo \u0161to budete pro\u010ditali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-12.png\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is image-12.png\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dude\u0107i za vremenom, bivaju\u0107i u\u010desnik trke, bivaju\u0107i na kompetetivnoj ivici sve vreme, jesmo li zaboravili osnove koje je postavilo 17 stru\u010dnjaka za softver u 2000-im?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da, govorim o agilnim manifestima i principima. Ve\u0107ina dana\u0161njih organizacija na ovaj ili onaj na\u010din prelazi sa tradicionalnog na\u010dina razvijanja softvera na agilni na\u010din rada. U \u010demu je razlika? Koliko je to te\u0161ko ili lako?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malo statistike iz Agile Alliance: <strong>42<\/strong>% organizacija <em>ne uspeva<\/em> u svom poku\u0161aju da radi agilno, samo zato \u0161to se politika i filozofija njihove kompanije ne sla\u017ee sa osnovnim vrednostima agilnog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da\u0107u vam listu ta\u010daka o kojima biste mogli malo da razmislite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organizaciona struktura \/ politika i procesi kompanije: <\/strong>Kako vam organizacija strukture poma\u017ee da budete agilni ili scrum? Koliko smo mi kao organizacija prilagodljivi da promenimo ili uskladimo nekoliko pravila kako bismo se prilagodili promeni?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako \u017eelite da <strong>otklonite barijere i pomognete \u010dlanovima tima da dobro sara\u0111uju? <\/strong>Bilo da je to u timovima, organizaciji ili \u010dak sa klijentima i zainteresovanim stranama. Agilno uvek otklanja prepreke i zala\u017ee se za smanjivanje hijerarhije u okviru organizacije. I to ne bez razloga, sve ovo je kako bi ohrabrivali i osna\u017eivali ljude, da bi odvojili komandu i kontrolu od menad\u017eera i doveli ih ta\u010dno na ramena \u010dlanova tima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Da li vam je infrastruktura dovoljno dobra da vam omogu\u0107ava da sara\u0111ujete? <\/strong>Da li imate ma\u0161ine sa pravim statusom konfiguracije da mo\u017eete na vreme da uslu\u017eite svoje kupce? Imaju\u0107i u vidu da se svet prelazi na distributivni na\u010din rada, da li imam dobra sredstva za \u017eivu saradnju kako bismo ostali u kontaktu sa pro\u0161irenim timom koji se nalazi sa druge strane obale? Imamo li dobre prostorije za odr\u017eavanje nekih neophodnih diskusija u viziji pobolj\u0161anja va\u0161eg korisni\u010dkog iskustva?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na koje sve na\u010dine mo\u017eete da motivi\u0161ete svoje time u okviru organizacije? <\/strong>Imate li nekakav mehanizam nagra\u0111ivanja i priznanja kako biste motivisali zaposlene u okviru organizacije?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/image-9.png\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is image-9.png\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koliko je dobro opremljen na\u0161 tim za u\u010denje i razvoj da bi prihvatio promenu? <\/strong>Uzimanje ove promene u obzir je ovih dana neizbe\u017eno, bez obzira na to da li to klijent podsti\u010de ili organizacija dobrovoljno organizuje, edukovanje zaposlenih u okviru organizacije postaje izuzetno kri\u010dno i va\u017eno. I edukovanje se mo\u017ee obavljati na mnogo na\u010dina, a jedan od njih su interni trening programi. Koliko je na\u0161 tim za u\u010denje i razvoj prilagodljiv promeni?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mindset ljudi<\/strong> je uvek bio ovakav: ovo se ne spominje kao moja uloga i odgovornost, dakle za\u0161to obavljam ovaj zadatak? Dakle, kako bi se ovaj zid probio, da li je na\u0161e HR odeljenje spremno da izmeni opise posla i uloga kako bi <strong>prihvatio promenu i bio agilan<\/strong> na nivou preduze\u0107a \/ organizacije?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Promena u anga\u017emanu oko mu\u0161terija? <\/strong>Koja je va\u0161a trenutna strategija za anga\u017eovanje oko mu\u0161terija? Koliko \u010desto sara\u0111ujete sa svojim mu\u0161terijama? Zapamtite, saradnja sa mu\u0161terijama pre nego pregovori oko ugovora? Imate li feedback mehanizam u okviru organizacije? Ako da, kako mo\u017eete da ga modifikujete kako biste se prilagodili razli\u010ditim anga\u017emanima oko klijenata?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koliko je liderski tim va\u0161e organizacije prilagodljiv na promene? <\/strong>Da li im je okej da brzo do\u017eive neuspeh? Da li im je okej da ispituju i prilago\u0111avaju se?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koliko je va\u0161a organizacija sposobna da prilagodi sve tehni\u010dke prakse u kojima se pove\u0107ava agilnost?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve se ovo spaja u jedan zajedni\u010dki termin \u2019<strong>kultura\u2019 <\/strong>i pona\u0161a se kao \u2019sastojak\u2019 odnosno \u2019so i biber\u2019 za na\u0161e glavno jelo koje se zove \u2019agile\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upamtite, <strong>agilno nije destinacija, to je putovanje!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve dok na putovanju ili pri zapo\u010dinjanju putovanja ne zaboravljate na na kulturu ili gore pomenuti \u2019so i biber\u2019 , uvek \u0107ete pru\u017eati svojim mu\u0161terijama izvanredno iskustvo. Ovo su samo neke od ta\u010daka kojih se pojedinac mo\u017ee setiti pre dono\u0161enja te velike odluke.
