{"id":3473,"date":"2020-06-08T09:04:57","date_gmt":"2020-06-08T08:04:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/?p=3473"},"modified":"2020-06-30T09:23:10","modified_gmt":"2020-06-30T08:23:10","slug":"ubuntu-od-ljudskog-bica-do-postupanja-kao-covek","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/sr\/ubuntu-od-ljudskog-bica-do-postupanja-kao-covek\/","title":{"rendered":"UBUNTU: OD LJUDSKOG BI\u0106A DO POSTUPANJA KAO \u010cOVEK"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voleo bih da zapo\u010dnem ovaj blog postavljanjem na\u0161im \u010ditaocima tri prosta pitanja, koja glase:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Kolega vas optu\u017euje da ste odali tajne svoje kompanije. \u0160ta \u0107ete uraditi?<\/strong><\/li><li>Uzvrati\u0107ete nekako<\/li><li>Napusti\u0107ete mesto<\/li><li>Ne\u0107ete re\u0107i ni\u0161ta i nada\u0107ete se da \u0107e va\u0161 kolega napustiti mesto<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u0160ta biste uradili da se susretnete sa medvedom?<\/strong><\/li><li>Tr\u010dali<\/li><li>Borili se sa njim<\/li><li>Pravili mrtvi<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u010clan va\u0161eg tima, Sem, vas zove u 9 ujutru da vam javi da ne\u0107e mo\u0107i da do\u0111e na jako va\u017ean sastanak mu\u0161terija, jer mora danas u to isto vreme da ode u prodavnicu, \u0161ta \u0107ete uraditi?<\/strong><\/li><li>Odobriti njegovo odsustvo<\/li><li>Odbiti zahtev<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dakle, \u0161ta se dogodilo unutar vas kada sam postavio ova tri pitanja?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vra\u0107aju\u0107i se vremenskoj liniji istorije, svi znamo da su se pre oko 13,5 milijardi godina, pojavile materija i energija, \u0161to je zauzvrat rodilo fiziku i hemiju, a pra\u0107eno je formiranjem Zemlje, a potom i nastajanjem organizama. Danas ljudi prelaze granice planete Zemlje, a tako\u0111e se pla\u0161imo da li \u0107e sutradan ljude zameniti super-ljudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tokom istorije evolucije, ljudski mozgovi su se tako\u0111e u ve\u0107oj meri razvili. \u010cim se na\u0111ete u nekoj situaciji, dolazi do fiziolo\u0161ke reakcije koja se javlja kao odgovor na percipirani doga\u0111aj, napad ili pretnju za opstanak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj odgovor se zove <strong>Bori se<\/strong> ili <strong>Be\u017ei<\/strong> ili <strong>Zaledi se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hajde da se osvrnemo na par vrlina \u010dove\u010danstva. Svaki Agile trening po\u010dinje citiranjem Agile\/Scrum vrednosti, ali koliko u\u010desnika zapravo shvata za\u0161to se te vrednosti u tom trenutku spominju? Koliko na\u0161ih lidera, menad\u017eera, uspe\u0161nih zaposlenih poznaju vrline \u010dove\u010danstva?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"399\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3469\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-4.png 600w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-4-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svi znamo da su te vrednosti otvorenost, hrabrost, posve\u0107enost, fokus i po\u0161tovanje. Ali postoje jo\u0161 neke koje nikada nismo uzeli u obzir kako kod ku\u0107e, tako i na radnom mestu. To su, na primer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tolerancija<\/li><li>Mudrost<\/li><li>Velikodu\u0161nost<\/li><li>U\u010dtivost<\/li><li>Integritet<\/li><li>Pravda<\/li><li>Saose\u0107anje<\/li><li>Ljubaznost<\/li><li>Empatija<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo me dovodi do ta\u010dke gde \u0107u pitati svoje \u010ditaoce da li ste se nekada na\u0161li u sli\u010dnoj situaciji kao ja:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\"><li>\u017delim da pokrenem posao i da napravim sopstveni podcast. Ali \u017eivot mi staje na put.<\/li><li>\u017delim da provodim vreme sa decom posle posla, ali moram da odgovorim na mejlove&#8230;<\/li><li>Ne znam koji zadatak treba danas da postavim kao prioritet<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako ste bili u sli\u010dnoj situaciji kao ja, u \u010demu onda mislite da le\u017ei problem? \u0160ta mislite da nedostaje?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Personalna agilnost <\/strong>bi mogla da predstavlja na\u010din da se ova situacija razre\u0161i. Hajde da ovo razmotrimo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Piter Stivens<\/strong> i <strong>Marija Matareli<\/strong> defini\u0161u personalnu agilnost kao jednostavan okvir za ljude koji \u017eele da rade vi\u0161e zna\u010dajnih stvari i da ostave ve\u0107i uticaj kroz svoje postupke. Ukratko, sistem personalne agilnosti je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>jednostavan okvir<\/li><li>\u0161est mo\u0107nih pitanja<\/li><li>jedan nedeljni doga\u0111aj<\/li><li>set alata za postizanje personalne agilnosti<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piter i Marija su jako lepo objasnili personalnu agilnost na svom sajtu <a href=\"https:\/\/personalagilityinstitute.org\/\">https:\/\/personalagilityinstitute.org\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon \u0161to pogledate njihov sajt, verovatno \u0107ete pitati kako i kada da zapo\u010dnete svoj put postizanje personalne agilnosti? Ne postoji bolji trenutak od sada\u0161njosti da se upustite na putovanje svoje personalne agilnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odgovor je <strong>SADA<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po\u0161to smo u celom svetu pogo\u0111eni pandemijom, radimo od ku\u0107e, zatvoreni, ovo je pravo vreme da nau\u010dimo ne\u0161to novo i primenimo ga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada razmi\u0161ljam o personalnoj agilnosti, setim se ova \u010detiri koraka: (EMPA formula)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>E<\/strong>mocionalna Agilnost<br><strong>M<\/strong>entalna Agilnost<br><strong>F<\/strong>izi\u010dka Agilnost<br><strong>P<\/strong>ristup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dopustite mi da vas sprovedem korak po korak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Emocionalna Agilnost<br><\/strong>Stvar je u tome da se oslobodite bilo kakvih zapetljavanje, da se prilagodite promeni koja mo\u017ee da vas u\u010dini jakim, otpornim i samouverenim i napredujete u radu i \u017eivotu.<br><strong>Mentalna Agilnost<br><\/strong>Mentalna Agilnost se odnosi na mentalnu brzinu i bistrinu pojedinca.<br><strong>Fizi\u010dka Agilnost<br><\/strong>Svima nam je jasno da ne postoji ne\u0161to \u0161to \u0107e nam omogu\u0107iti da sve vreme budemo zdravi. Ulaganje u sopstveno dobrostanje tako \u0161to odvajate vreme da se odmorite, jedete hranu koja vam daje energiju, pijete vodu i dosta di\u0161ete sve\u017e vazduh i ve\u017ebate, \u0107e vam sigurno biti odsko\u010dna daska.<br><strong>Pristup<br><\/strong>Sami odlu\u010dite kako \u0107ete obavljati stvari. Neka to bude Scrum, Kanban ili skup dobrih praksi koje funkcioni\u0161u za vas. Samo imajte neki pristup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo je moj pristup; koristim Kanban kao pristup da postignem svoju personalnu agilnost kod ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"174\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3471\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dakle, ono \u0161to vidite na ovom blogu je da sam govorio o odgovorima Bori se, Be\u017ei i Zaledi se, vrlinama \u010dove\u010danstva i sada o personalnoj agilnosti. Sada treba da vidimo kako su oni me\u0111usobno povezani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formula EMPA nalazi se ta\u010dno u sredini ova tri dela. Ako se vratite na pitanje <strong>\u010clan va\u0161eg tima Sem vas zove u 9 ujutru&#8230;<\/strong> odgovor koji ste imali na umu poti\u010de iz vrlina iz vas poput empatije i saose\u0107anja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isto tako, ako bi firma za razvoj weba imala cilj da izgradi posao od 100 miliona dolara, ali zbog trenutne situacije COVID-19, znaju da bi mogli da postignu samo onaj od 85 miliona dolara. Da li je to za vas prihvatljivo?<br>Opcija 1: Ishod se ne\u0107e promeniti ali radnje koje vas do njega dovode mogu da se promene \u2013 kao na primer da radite nekoliko sati vi\u0161e dnevno. Ovo bi mogao da bude <strong>Bori se <\/strong>odgovor na situaciju.<br>Opcija 2: Postavite ne\u0161to druga\u010dije za cilj, ne isti kao ranije, ali svakako i dalje prihvatljiv. Ovo bi mogao biti <strong>Be\u017ei <\/strong>odgovor na situaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dakle, ovde u vama o\u017eivljavaju va\u0161i ljudski elementi brige, saose\u0107anja i empatije, \u0161to vas \u010dini istinskim ljudskim bi\u0107em.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nekoliko saveta da budete \u010dovek koji \u0107e biti \u010dovek tokom ovih COVID-19 puta i \u0161ire. \u017deleo bih da ih razvrstam u pet zaglavlja:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pove\u017eite se<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Imajte postavljene vremenske rasporede \u010dak i kada radite od ku\u0107e kako biste izbegli neprilike<\/li><li>Povezujte se sa porodicom i prijateljima<\/li><li>Napravite pauzu u toku svog radnog dana da pro\u0161etate ljubimce, izvedete decu u park itd.<\/li><li>Ostavite vreme petkom posle ru\u010dak slobodnim za virtuelno \u0107askanje uz pi\u0107e \u2013 ne razgovarajte o poslu, ve\u0107 o porodici, ljubimcima, deci, hobijima itd.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Planirajte<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pomozite pri planiranju zadataka za svoj tim<\/li><li>Napravite prioritete koriste\u0107i mapu prioriteta (kao \u0161to je obja\u0161njeno u okviru personalne agilnosti) ili bilo koje druge radijatore vizuelnih informacija<\/li><li>Ponudite pomo\u0107 \u010dlanovima tima, pru\u017eite ruku, planirajte vanredne situacije<\/li><li>Planirajte pravovremene odmore i obroke<\/li><li>Planirajte svoje tro\u0161kove i finansije<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pona\u0161ajte se<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Odgovorno<\/li><li>Strpljivo<\/li><li>Po\u0161tujte druge<\/li><li>Skromnost je klju\u010d, budite skromni<\/li><li>Budite otvoreni za ideje tima i prihvatite ih<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Komunicirajte<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Budite otvoreni i transparentni<\/li><li>Dobrovoljno razgovarajte sa ljudima i ne \u010dekajte da oni do\u0111u prvi do vas<\/li><li>Budite ljubazni<\/li><li>Budite tolerantni<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Saose\u0107anje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Svi smo zajedno u ovome. Budite saose\u0107ajni prema svojim kolegama, jer su i oni ljudska bi\u0107a (kako prema svom timu, tako i prema \u010dlanovima porodice).<\/li><li>Pokazujte empatiju.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ja jesam jer vi jeste!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ubuntu <\/strong>zna\u010di upravo ovo. Mislimo da delamo individualno u ovom svetu u kom \u017eivimo, \u0161to <em>nije <\/em>ta\u010dno. Svi smo mi me\u0111usobno povezani jedni sa drugima i tako sve radnje koje obavljate uti\u010du na druge, pa \u010dak i na majku prirodu, na vi\u0161e na\u010dina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dakle, kao \u0161to je veliki vo\u0111a MK Gandi jednom rekao <em>\u201cBudite promena koju \u017eelite da vidite u svetu.\u201d<\/em> Trebalo bi da vodite razgovor.
