Nije imala mnogo iskustva u pru\u017eanju pomo\u0107i preduzetnicima da se promovi\u0161u, ali u oblasti marketin\u0161kih komunikacija i podsticanja duha svakako jeste. \u201eNapravili smo neki izuzetno glup sajt i odjednom puf, upravo smo zapo\u010deli svoju prvu agenciju\u201c, re\u010de D\u017eesika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agencija je postepeno rasla kako bi uklju\u010dila klijente kao \u0161to su TED \u017dene, Red Bull i Univerzitet Stanford, ali je ostala bez ikakve pomo\u0107i. \u201eBio je to takav haos\u201c, ka\u017ee D\u017eesika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kroz lokalni biznis ekosistem u Orlandu na Floridi, saznala je za Lean Startup i tada je po\u010dela da poma\u017ee preduzetnicima da se promovi\u0161u koriste\u0107i sredstva Lean Startupa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u017eesika je priznala da je u ranoj fazi poslovanja bila naivna, \u0161to je imalo i svoju dobru i lo\u0161u stranu. Ka\u017ee da je to \u0161to nisu znali koliko im posla predstoji sa jedne strane bilo od pomo\u0107i, ali je pak bilo i stra\u0161no. Najvrednija stvar koju je nau\u010dila iz toga \u0161to je po\u010dela sa tako malo znanja&nbsp; je bilo to da je nekada najbolje \u201esamo po\u010deti\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada je dalje napredovala u procesu, D\u017eesika je shvatila vrednost metoda Lean Startupa i po\u010dela je da ih koristi, predla\u017eu\u0107i osniva\u010dima da odmah odrede ko \u0107e biti njihovi rani usvaja\u010di i da \u0161to je pre mogu\u0107e odrede svoj minimalni odr\u017eivi proizvod, ali \u201eda ne poku\u0161aju odjednom da ubiju celog zmaja\u201c, ka\u017ee ona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada je ovu svoju prvu agenciju zatvorila kako bi osnovala porodicu, nije o\u010dekivala da \u0107e joj se slede\u0107i put u svetu biznisa tako brzo otvoriti. Me\u0111utim, dok je bila na porodiljskom sa svojom \u0107erkom, &nbsp;biv\u0161i klijent velike globalne organizacije sa kojom je sara\u0111ivala ju je pani\u010dno pozvala, o\u010dajni\u010dki tra\u017ee\u0107i pomo\u0107 oko reorganizacije neprofitne organizacije. D\u017eesika je brzo ugrabila ovu priliku, sve dok je mogla da radi od ku\u0107e i bude sa svojom \u0107erkom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201e\u017delela sam da imam potpunu slobodu i ponovo budem sama svoj \u0161ef\u201c, re\u010de D\u017eesika. I tako je nastao SOHUIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u017eesika je iskoristila sve \u0161to je nau\u010dila iz iskustva sa prvom agencijom i razvila marketin\u0161ki okvir koji je mogla da koristi na ve\u0107im kompanijama, \u0161to je postalo temelj SOHUIS-a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rebranding se ne radi na brzinu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u017eesika je otkrila da je rebranding mnogim kompanijama privla\u010dan iz pogre\u0161nih razloga. \u201eLjudi \u010desto ne znaju za\u0161to zapravo \u017eele rebranding\u201c, ka\u017ee D\u017eesika. \u201eMisle da prodaja stagnira&#8230; ili da ne napraduje i ne raste onako kako bi trebalo.\u201c Odmah pojure na rebranding kao ne\u0161to \u0161to \u0107e im re\u0161iti problem, ali ona upozorava \u201eTo nije uvek re\u0161enje\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ono \u0161to kompanije moraju da urade pre rebrandinga, ka\u017ee D\u017eesika, jeste da zaista razumeju koji deo kompanije se ne razvija i kakve eksperimente bi trebalo da pokrenu kako bi potvrdili ili opovrgli ovu hipotezu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ona uklju\u010duje kompanije u ve\u017ebu izrade li\u010dnosti brenda gde im postavlja pet pitanja koja razbijaju \u201eDa je va\u0161 brend danas osoba, ko biste bili i za\u0161to?\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedan od njenih klijenata je otkrio da su njihove li\u010dnosti sli\u010dne Hilari Klinton pre izbora, i Volteru Mathauu iz Grumpy Old Men, \u0161to je mo\u017eda bilo popularno me\u0111u starijim mu\u0161terijama, ali nije privla\u010dilo nove. Zato su \u017eeleli rebranding i da postanu kombinacija Elen Degeneres i D\u017eimi Felona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako ova ve\u017eba mo\u017ee zazvu\u010dati apstraktno, D\u017eesika je objasnila, \u201eZapravo dosta poma\u017ee jer &nbsp;vam otprilike daje mapu toga gde se vi kao brend nalazite sada, a gde biste \u017eeleli da budete\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada kompanija jednom shvati ko \u017eele da budu, poma\u017ee im da budu \u201eneumoljivi u toj viziji\u201c i pita koje korake treba da preduzmu kako bi usmerili brend ka drugom pravcu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rebranding nekada dovodi do toga da izgubite stare mu\u0161terije, ali D\u017eesika ka\u017ee da \u0107ete, ako radite onako kako treba, privu\u0107i nove. Njen klijent je imao 200% vi\u0161e novih \u010dlanova, godinu dana nakon rebrandinga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-1024x683.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3571\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-1024x683.png 1024w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Potvrdite brend<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sada se kod Eliota javilo pitanje, kako potvr\u0111ujete rebrand?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u017eesika je pre svega istakla da ne treba da pitate mu\u0161terije za mi\u0161ljenje o tome da li vam je potreban rebranding. \u201eNa vama je da postavljate mu\u0161terijama prava pitanja i tako \u0107ete dobiti povratne informacije koje \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da odlu\u010dite da li vam treba rebranding.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Te\u0161ko je odrediti metriku koja \u0107e potvrditi da je sam rebranding odgovoran za bilo kakve promene, ali D\u017eesika se uklju\u010dila u \u201egomilu anketa i intervjuisanja \u010dlanova\u201c o tome kakvu vrstu sadr\u017eaja bi oni \u017eeleli i \u0161ta bi moglo da im pomogne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eI onda&#8230; zapravo smo do\u0161li do re\u0161enja za stvari koje su \u017eeleli\u201c, re\u010de D\u017eesika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedna od ovih stvari je bila pozvati \u010dlanove da u\u010destvuju u webinarima i webcastima \u201ezbog kojih \u0107e se ose\u0107ati voljeno i cenjeno\u201c i da se uvere da nisu kontaktirali \u010dlanove samo da bi ih ubedili da obnove svoju \u010dlanarinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dakle, za D\u017eesikinog klijenta je cilj bio da rebrandingom pove\u0107a \u010dlanstvo, \u0161to se i dogodilo, i to sa novim tr\u017ei\u0161nim segmentom koji ranije nisu imali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u017eesika ka\u017ee da svoje klijente vodi kroz \u201eprili\u010dno striktno organizovan, te\u017eak temeljni proces\u201c vrednovanja i razumevanja mu\u0161terija. \u201e\u0160ta su njihovi problemi? Pre nego \u0161to u\u0111ete u fazu re\u0161enja&#8230; hajde da dobro shvatimo koji su uop\u0161te problemi kupaca. I onda da ih re\u0161imo.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Postavite prave hipoteze<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naravno, pre validacije bi trebalo da imate solidu hipotezu. Ta va\u017ena hipoteza koju je D\u017eesika postavila kada je zapo\u010dinjala sa svojim poslom je bila da pri stvaranju brenda treba da pratite iste korake bez obzira na to da li je u pitanju startup, neprofitna organizacija ili ogromna korporacija. Odlu\u010dila je da potvrdi ovu hipotezu kroz stvaranje okvira SOHUIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u017eesika ka\u017ee da je iskoristila kombinaciju svih \u201eosnovnih zajedni\u010dkih imenilaca\u201c koje je nau\u010dila kroz godine o stvaranju brenda, zajedno sa konceptima Lean Startup-a, kao \u0161to su validirano u\u010denje, petlja za povratnu informaciju izgradi-izmeri-nau\u010di i ra\u010dunovodstvo inovacija, kao i jo\u0161 neke alate, npr. platno biznis modela i platna vrednosti dizajnerskog predloga i jo\u0161 nekoliko drugih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Kako bi svoju hipotezu proverila na korisnicima, kreirala je beta okvir i dala ga je besplatno odre\u0111enom broju klijenata: neprofitnoj, globalnoj organizaciji i osniva\u010du malog startupa. \u201eTestirala sam je u razli\u010ditim marketin\u0161kim segmentima i razli\u010ditim vertikalama, a rezultati su bili izvanredni\u201c, re\u010de ona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otkrila je da veliki broj ljudi zna za koncepte Lean Startup, ali ne znaju po kom redosledu da ih koriste, ni kada. Njen okvir savetuje upravo o ovome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-1-1024x683.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3573\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-1-1024x683.png 1024w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-1-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-1-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-1.png 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fokusirajte se na segment mu\u0161terije<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada se D\u017eesika uverila da njen okvir funkcioni\u0161e, suzila je svoju bazu klijenata na osniva\u010de startupa, pre svega \u017eene koje poseduju biznis, \u0161to je bila njena strast. Primetila je da su svi njeni klijenti postavljali ista pitanja, zbog \u010dega joj se javila jo\u0161 jedna hipoteza: Da li bi mogla da spoji sva ova pitanja i slabe ta\u010dke i pretvori svoje radionice u onlajn kurs?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u017eesika se osvrnula na svoju instagram platformu, gde tro\u0161i najvi\u0161e vremena i energije kada su u pitanju dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee jer su njene mu\u0161terije, \u017eene koje osnivaju startupe, tu provodile puno vremena. &nbsp;D\u017eesika je po\u010dela da \u201eistra\u017euje he\u0161tegove\u201c i tako saznala \u0161ta ljudi pretra\u017euju i \u0161ta ih zanima. Onda je, koriste\u0107i Canvu, napravila odredi\u0161nu stranicu sa gomilom informacija o svom kursu i tome \u0161ta bi ljudi na njemu nau\u010dili, a sve ovo je prikupila iz svojih dotada\u0161njih radionica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odradila je ograni\u010denu \u0161estonedeljnu promociju nude\u0107i besplatni beta program i potro\u0161ila samo 98 dolara. Cilj joj je bio da se prijavi 25 ljudi. Umesto toga, prijavilo se 100 ljudi. Znala je da \u0107e kurs biti hit. Kao deo beta programa, zatra\u017eila je od korisnika da usput odgovaraju na pitanja o tome gde se zbunjuju ili zaostaju, kako bi joj pomogli oko slede\u0107e iteracije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beta verija je zavr\u0161ena u januaru, a pla\u0107enu verziju je pokrenula u februaru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Lean Startup za branding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za ljude koji \u017eele da iskoriste Lean Startup kako bi napravili novi brend ili pokrenuli rebranding, D\u017eesika ka\u017ee da je najva\u017enije razumeti svoje mu\u0161terije. \u201e Ako ne razumete koji problem zapravo re\u0161avate svojim proizvodom ili uslugom, brend koji stvarate ne\u0107e biti na dobrom glasu.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u017eesika nagla\u0161ava osniva\u010dima da je jako va\u017eno da primene nau\u010dni na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja i \u201eemocije ostave po strani.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160tavi\u0161e, D\u017eesika podse\u0107a ljude \u201eda je neuspeh neophodan\u201c i da bi startupi trebalo da \u201ebrzo do\u017eive neuspeh\u201c sprovode\u0107i eksperimente i testiranjem i validacijom.
