Postoje dva osnovna dela li\u010dnosti: 1)va\u0161a kultura \u2013 sve u \u0161ta verujete, \u0161ta radite, govorite i mislite; i 2)va\u0161a biologija , va\u0161 temperament \u2013 sve one osobine koje ste nasledili. Ljude koji iskazuju dosta osobina koje su povezane sa dopaminskim sistemom zovem <em>istra\u017eiva\u010dima. <\/em>I verujem da je ve\u0107ina na\u0161ih uspe\u0161nih preduzetnika \u0161irom sveta nasledila i izrazila mnoge od tih biolo\u0161ki zasnovanih osobina.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Osobine povezane sa serotoninskim sistemom su sasvim razli\u010dite. Sa ovim sistemimommozga povezani su: tradicionalno, konvencionalno, oprezno, smireno, orijentisano na detalje, doslovno i konkretno razmi\u0161ljanje (za razliku od teorijskog mi\u0161ljenja). Ovi mu\u0161karci i \u017eene imaju tendenciju da se pridr\u017eavaju pravila, po\u0161tuju autoritet, poput rasporeda i planova i ne vole rizik. Za njih je va\u017enije da imaju odane prijatelje nego zanimljive prijatelje. I mogu biti uskog razmi\u0161ljanja, strogi i kontroli\u0161u\u0107i. Ljude sa visokim udelom ovih biolo\u0161ki zasnovanih osobina sam nazvala <em>graditeljima<\/em>. Betoven je verovatno izra\u017eavao osobine testosteronskog sistema, kao i Margaret Ta\u010der i verovatno Hilari Klinton. Tramp je na vrhu; ali i mnogi drugi predsednici verovatno tako\u0111e izra\u017eavaju mnoge osobine testosteronskog sistema.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">Osobine povezane sa sistemom estrogena tako\u0111e su brojne: Ove \u017eene (a tako\u0111e i mu\u0161karci) su sveobuhvatni, kontekstualni, dugoro\u010dni, holisti\u010dki, sinteti\u010dki \u201eweb\u201c mislioci. Sa druge strane, oni mogu biti plahoviti, neodlu\u010dni i lakoverni. Njih zovem <em>pregovara\u010dima<\/em>. Obama i Bil Klinton iskazuju neke od ovih visokoestrogenih osobina.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naravno, svako u velikoj meri sadr\u017ei osobine sva \u010detiri sistema. Zaista, nikada nisam upoznala dve osobe za koje sam mislila da su jako sli\u010dne &#8211; a ja sam identi\u010dna bliznakinja. Ali neke karakteristike ovih sistema mozga izra\u017eavamo vi\u0161e nego druge \u2013 pa svako od nas ima izrazitu i jedinstvenu li\u010dnost. U tome le\u017ei razlika izme\u0111u mog li\u010dnog upitnika i svih ostalih. Test Majers-Brigs, Velika petorka i sve ostale mere li\u010dnosti vas stavljaju u jednu ili drugu grupu. Ti si ovo ili ono. Ali mozak ne funkcioni\u0161e tako. Na primer, kod mene su vrlo izra\u017eene neke karakteristike dopaminskog sistema, a tako\u0111e i ve\u0107ina karakteristika povezanih sa estrogenom. Imam i nekoliko osobina testosterona: na primer, sebe smatram logi\u010dnom osobom. Ali nisam matemati\u010dki ve\u0161ta niti odlu\u010dna. Ja, pak, imam vrlo malo osobina povezanih sa serotoninom. Obe studije fMRI potvrdile su moj upitnik &#8211; na moju veliku radost: on meri ono \u0161to ka\u017ee da meri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvobitno sam razvila ovaj upitnik za Match.com, web stranicu za ljude koji nisu u vezi. \u017deleli su da znaju za\u0161to ljude vi\u0161e privu\u010de jedna osoba, a ne neka druga, i zaklju\u010dila sam da bi tu mo\u017eda mogla biti uklju\u010dena osnovna hemija mozga. Ali moj upitnik je odmah postao popularan u Americi. Zato me je predsednik Matcha ubrzo pitao da li \u0107e moj upitnik mo\u0107i da se primeni i u drugim zemljama. Pozvao me je i podstakao da ove svoje podatke primenim i u svetu biznisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vremenom smo osmislili upitnik za li\u010dnost druge generacije i suosnovali na\u0161u kompaniju <em>NeuroColor<\/em>. Sada se bavimo konsaltingom sa velikim me\u0111unarodnim kompanijama, koriste\u0107i ovo detaljnije, dora\u0111eno merenje li\u010dnosti. Na primer, nakon \u0161to urade ovaj test, korisnici dobijaju 22 stranice teksta o tome kako rade, upravljaju stresom, podnose rasporede, razgovaraju sa onima koji imaju druga\u010dije li\u010dne stilove i jo\u0161 mnogo toga.
