Mo\u017eete li da nam opi\u0161ete najva\u017enije aktivnosti koje obavljate na ovoj poziciji?<\/strong><br \/>\nOsnovana 1995.godine, Me\u0111unarodna Kou\u010ding Federacija (ICF) je vode\u0107a globalna organizacija posve\u0107ena unapre\u0111ivanju kou\u010ding profesije postavljanjem visokih standarda, omogu\u0107avanjem nezavisne sertifikacije i izgradnjom svetske mre\u017ee kvalifikovanih kou\u010deva. ICF te\u017ei da unapredi umetnost, nauku i praksu profesionalnog kou\u010dinga. Me\u0111unarodna Kou\u010ding Federacija trenutno ima 135 ogranka i 25,015 sertifikovanih kou\u010deva \u0161irom sveta. Ogranak u Vankuveru je deo svetske mre\u017ee i lokalno slu\u017eimo oko 400 \u010dlanova na podru\u010dju Vankuvera. Mandat na\u0161eg odbora je da obezbedi lider\u0161ip podsticanjem profesionalnosti kou\u010deva kroz uskla\u0111ivanje sa standardima ICF-a; kroz prakse i etike; uskla\u0111ivanjem kolegijanosti i profesionalnog razvoja me\u0111u kou\u010devima; slu\u017ee\u0107i kao resurs i kreiraju\u0107i svest o profesionalnim standardima kou\u010dinga me\u0111u kou\u010devima; pojedinicima; organizacijama i grupama koje imaju potrebu za kou\u010dingom i \u0161iru javnost i zagovaraju profesionalizam kou\u010dinga.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_380\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-380\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-380 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/bcoaching.online\/srpski\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/Ceyda1jpg-300x201.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-380\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Privatna kolekcija<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">ICF Vankuver ima tri glavne aktivnosti u toku godine. Ve\u0107 vi\u0161e od deset godina Program Davanja Kou\u010da je odgovoran za vo\u0111stvo nad svim aktivnostima vezanim za pru\u017eanje kou\u010ding usluga iz neke oblasti. Pod rukovodstvom glavnog kou\u010da \u201edavaoca\u201c komitet tra\u017ei, razvija i prati mogu\u0107nosti za kou\u010deve nekog odeljenja da kou\u010duju neprofitne organizacije za dobrobit organizacije ili pojedinca koji je povezan sa organizacijom. Strate\u0161ka ideja ove aktivnosti je da podigne profesionalizam odeljenja i kou\u010deva ICF-a. Sara\u0111ujemo sa neprofitnim organizacijama i kou\u010dujemo njihove lidere za minimalnu naknadu, a zauzvrat na\u0161i kvalifikovani kou\u010devi knji\u017ee svoje \u010dasove kou\u010dinga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Najbitnije stavke ovog programa:<br \/>\n&#8211; Do 8 sati jedan-na-jedan kou\u010ding sesije sa klijentom u trajanju od 6 do 8 meseci<br \/>\n&#8211; Ciljevi kou\u010dinga personalizirani za klijenta i povezani sa ciljevima cele organizacije<br \/>\n&#8211; Kou\u010dijev menad\u017eer podr\u017eava kou\u010ding kao sredstvo za razvoj liderstva i sla\u017ee se sa ciljevima kou\u010ding anga\u017emana.<br \/>\nPriprema za kou\u010ding anga\u017eman:<br \/>\n1. Oba klju\u010dna kontakta klijenta organizacije i kou\u010dija \u010dine ICF Liderski Kou\u010ding u Vankuveru kompletnim \u2013 pretpogramski upitnik organizacija i lidera \u2013 kako bi procenili da li je kou\u010ding prava stvar za klijenta<br \/>\n2. Kou\u010di zavr\u0161ava procenu kako bi utvrdio ciljeve kou\u010dinga<br \/>\n3. Kou\u010dijev menad\u017eer pregleda i odobrava procenu kako bi se identifikovali ciljevi kou\u010dinga. Kou\u010di i menad\u017eer potvr\u0111uju svoje odobravanje ciljeva kou\u010dinga.<br \/>\n4. Kou\u010di intervjui\u0161e 3 potencijalna ICF povezana kvalifikovana kou\u010da iz Vankuvera koriste\u0107i dokument \u201eKako biram kou\u010da?\u201c pre nego \u0161to izabere najbolju opciju.<br \/>\n5. Kou\u010di sklapa Kou\u010d-Kou\u010di ugovor o uslugama kou\u010dinga sa svojim kou\u010dem.<br \/>\n6. Kou\u010di deli svoju odobrenu procenu o identifikaciji ciljeva sa kou\u010dem.<br \/>\n7. Kou\u010ding po\u010dinje.<br \/>\n8. \u0160alje se izve\u0161taj posle kou\u010dinga preko sajta za istra\u017eivanje (survey monkey) i kou\u010du i kou\u010diju kako bi se procenio uspeh programa ICF odeljenja u Vankuveru<br \/>\nSve u svemu, 2018.godine ICF u Vankuveru je imao 76 klijenata koji su u\u010destvovali u programu davanja kou\u010deva. Ovo je glavni izvor godi\u0161njih prihoda za odeljenje ICF-a u Vankuveru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&nbsp; &nbsp;Jo\u0161 jedna aktivnost koju ICF u Vankuveru sponzori\u0161e je okrugli sto kou\u010dinga preko lokalnog HR udru\u017eenja. Ovo sponzorstvo obezbe\u0111uje sertifikovane kou\u010deve koji \u0107e pri\u010dati za okruglim stolom u toku godine. Kou\u010ding okrugli stolovi su po\u010deli 2014 godine i od tada je na njima prisustvovalo vi\u0161e od 400 HR profesionalaca&#8230; Neki od tema pomenutih u 2018.godini su: Konverzaciona inteligencija, Kou\u010ding sa CEO i izvr\u0161nim liderima, kou\u010ding i sistematsko razmi\u0161ljanje, Kou\u010d koji zapo\u0161ljava. Ovi doga\u0111aji su uvek rasprodati, a tako\u0111e imamo i grupu na LinkedIn-u od 120 \u010dlanova. Od 2015.godine ICF odeljenje u Vankuveru prisustvuje godi\u0161njem HR sajmu. Na\u0161i kou\u010devi se anga\u017euju sa prisutnima kako bi predstavili umetnost i nauku kou\u010dinga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">ICF u Vankuveru tako\u0111e pokre\u0107e doga\u0111aje pod programom za anga\u017eovanje kou\u010deva gde dovodimo kou\u010deve i kou\u010ding entuzijaste kako bi se povezali, podelili interese i stru\u010dnost.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&nbsp; &nbsp; Kroz saradnju visokokvalifikovanog \u010dlanstva, pove\u0107ava se na\u0161a kreativnost i uzajamne mogu\u0107nosti za kokreiranje kapaciteta za jo\u0161 kou\u010dinga u okviru na\u0161ih zajednica i \u0161ire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Postoji dosta kou\u010ding \u0161kola sa licencom koje su pod krovom ICF-a. Kako razvijate tu raznolikost? Kako obezbe\u0111ujete kvalitet programa koje izvode ove \u0161kole?<\/strong><br \/>\nProgram kou\u010dinga koji ispunjava standard akreditacije koji je postavila globalna ICF smatra se visokim standardom elitnog kou\u010ding programa. Kou\u010devi \u0161irom sveta smatraju ICF liderom ove grane industrije i kod ICF-a tra\u017ee informacije o treningu i kontinuiranom obrazovanju.<br \/>\nUkoliko \u017eelite da donesete odluke potrebno je da budete dobro informisani, morate obaviti neko istra\u017eivanje, a prvo mesto koje treba da posetite jeste sajt ICF-a. Slu\u017eba za izbor programa treninga mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i svakom da prona\u0111e akreditovane \u0161kole kou\u010dinga u zavisnosti od zemlje, kao i regiju gde je kou\u010ding trening dostupan, kao i tip programa, na\u010din izvo\u0111enja, jezik i specijalnost kou\u010dinga koju \u017eelite da izaberete.<br \/>\nKada pokrenete npr. potragu za akreditovanim kou\u010ding programom u Britanskoj Kolumbiji, Kanadi, postoje 24 akreditovane \u0161kole kou\u010dinga, a neke od njih nude programe u vi\u0161e od jedne oblasti. U tom slu\u010daju, do pojedinca je da istra\u017ei i otkrije koji bi program odgovarao njegovim potrebama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Mo\u017eete li da podelite sa nama neke zanimljive statistike kada su u pitanju \u0161kole kou\u010dinga, sertifikovani kou\u010devi, pol, metodologija&#8230;?<\/strong><br \/>\nGlobalne kou\u010ding studije ICF-a iz 2016.godine predstavljaju tre\u0107i istra\u017eiva\u010dki projekat koji je naru\u010dila me\u0111unarodna kou\u010ding federacija kako bi omogu\u0107ila a\u017euriranu sliku kou\u010ding profesije \u0161irom sveta. Studiju je spoveo PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP u trajanju od \u0161est meseci koji je otpo\u010deo jula 2015.godine. Dostupno na devet jezika, u istra\u017eivanju je u\u010destvovalo 15,380 ispitanika iz 137 zemalja, \u010dine\u0107i ga tako najobimnijim projektom istra\u017eivanja industrije ICF-a do sada. \u010clanovi mogu da pristupe istra\u017eivanju preko www.coachfederation.org<br \/>\nNeke od klju\u010dnih elemenata istra\u017eivanja su:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&#8211; 15,380 ispitanika iz 137 zemalja<br \/>\n&#8211; Oko 53,300 kou\u010deva \u0161irom sveta<br \/>\n&#8211; Procenjuje se da \u0107e globalni prihod od kou\u010dinga 2015.godine biti 2,356 milijardi ameri\u010dkih dolara<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&nbsp; &nbsp; Kou\u010devi koji su odgovorili na istra\u017eivanje su gotovo jednako podeljeni izme\u0111u onih mla\u0111ih od 50 godina(46%) i onih koji imaju 50 ili vi\u0161e godina(54%). Skoro svaki peti kou\u010d (19%) ima izme\u0111u 50 i 54 godine, a malo vi\u0161e od pola kou\u010deva ima izme\u0111u 45 i 59 godina.&nbsp; \u017dene \u010dine 67% kou\u010deva i 66% menad\u017eera\/lidera koji koriste ve\u0161tine kou\u010dinga. Regionalno, udeo \u017eena koje se bave kou\u010dingom je najve\u0107i u Severnoj Americi, a ni\u017ei na tr\u017ei\u0161tima u razvoju. Regionalni obrazac me\u0111u menad\u017eerima\/liderima koji koriste ve\u0161tine kou\u010dinga je dosta sli\u010dan onom koji koriste kou\u010devi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kulturolo\u0161ke razlike su najte\u017ei deo u predavanju kou\u010deva u stranim zemljama. Vi ste iz Turske. Koje bi bile glavne razlike izme\u0111u Kanade i Turske?<\/strong><br \/>\nKanada je druga najve\u0107a zemlja na svetu, populacije od 36 miliona. U pore\u0111enju sa Turskom, ve\u0107a je 10 puta, ali je populacija Turske skoro 2.5 puta ve\u0107a. Osim toga, ja \u017eivim na zapadnoj obali Kanade, koja je poznata po svom opu\u0161tenom stilu \u017eivota. Moj \u017eivot u Istanbulu je bio takmi\u010darski, prekomeran, brzog tempa ili reaktivan ili proaktivan, ali uvek vrlo povezan sa drugima. Nisam imala vremena da razmi\u0161ljam, jer to svakako nije bila prava dr\u017eava za mene. Bilo je potrebno mnogo razmi\u0161ljanja kako bih spustila sebe na zemlju, usporila i razmislila pre nego reagovala. Pre\u0161la sam iz grada od 20 miliona na grad sa 3 miliona stanovnika i verujem da mi je ovaj polaritet koristio. Imala sam dovoljno prostora da istra\u017eim svoje vrednosti, \u0161ta je to \u0161to mi je va\u017eno i da odam po\u010dast stvarima koje su mi najvi\u0161e zna\u010dile u \u017eivotu. Pravljenje pore\u0111enja i razumevanje razlika su neophodni delovi za uspe\u0161nu integraciju, a tako\u0111e je od pomo\u0107i da istra\u017eimo svoje kulturne polazne ta\u010dke kao osobe. Nastavila sam sa nekim treninzima obuke kako bih rekonstruisala ono \u0161to se stvarno de\u0161avalo u mojim mislima i emocijama. Prvo, zavr\u0161ila sam sertifikovani program na interkulturalnim studijama sa Univerizeta Britanske Kolumbije. Na ovom programu sam se upoznala sa razvojnim modelom Miltona Beneta o me\u0111ukulturalnoj proceni osetljivosti, koji mi je pomogao da razumem gde se nalazim u sopstvenom kulturnom kontinuumu. Tako\u0111e sam kasnije koristila i sredstvo za kulturnu orijentaciju Phillipe Rosinski.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u0160ta bi bila najte\u017ea lekcija koju ste nau\u010dili otkako ste kou\u010d?<\/strong><br \/>\nKao trener, morate koristiti ono \u0161to ste nau\u010dili u praksi. Jedne godine nisam radila kou\u010ding ni sa kim i shvatila sam da gubim svoje znanje i ispadam iz forme. Lekcija koju sam nau\u010dila je da nije va\u017eno da li to radite zbog novca, morate da nastavite da ve\u017ebate i unapre\u0111ujete svoje ve\u0161tine. Sa namerom sam deo ICF ogranka ve\u0107 godinama. ICF pru\u017ea seminare preko interneta, module za obuku kojima mogu da nastavim da unapre\u0111ujem svoju bazu znanja i ve\u0161tina, dok istovremeno sakupljanjam kou\u010ding sate za obuku kou\u010deva. Moja primarna profesija su HR, a imam i lokalnu oznaku za svoju HR sertifikaciju. Svake godine moram da nakupim najmanje 20 bodova sa kontinuiranim znanjem kako bih zadr\u017eala svoj sertifikat. ICF je akreditaciono telo za kou\u010deve. Eti\u010dki kod ICF-a je dizajniran da obezbedi odgovaraju\u0107e smernice, odgovornost i primenljive standarde pona\u0161anja za sve \u010dlanove ICF-a i nosioce akreditiva ICF-a. Postoje neka najnovija dostignu\u0107a u kou\u010ding profesiji i postoji velika \u0161ansa da mo\u017eete ne\u0161to da nau\u010dite o njima tako \u0161to \u0107ete biti \u010dlan najve\u0107e kou\u010ding zajednice na svetu, ICF-a. Po\u010dinje na va\u0161em lokalnom nivou i odatle raste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Molim Vas, recite nam dva-tri razloga za\u0161to bi kou\u010devi trebalo da imaju ICF sertifikat?<\/strong><br \/>\nNa osnovu ICF globalnog istra\u017eivanja o potro\u0161a\u010dkoj svesti potro\u0161a\u010da za 2014.godinu, sertifikovani kou\u010devi su bolje pla\u0107eni, prijavljuju vi\u0161e klijenata i ve\u0107i godi\u0161nji prihod od kou\u010deva koji nisu sertifikovani.83% klijenata ka\u017ee da je ili va\u017eno ili veoma va\u017eno da njihov kou\u010d bude sertifikovan. 93% klijenata koji su sara\u0111ivali sa sertifikovanim kou\u010dem su zadovoljni iskustvom.<br \/>\nTako\u0111e, nalazi iz 2016.godine za ICF studiju globalnog kou\u010dinga potvr\u0111uju da je kredibilitet va\u017ean za kou\u010deve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-377 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/bcoaching.online\/srpski\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/11\/Ceyda2-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\"><strong>Da li ste ikada merili efikasnost kou\u010dinga u smislu razvoja poslovanja?<\/strong><br \/>\nObjavljeni su mnogi istra\u017eiva\u010dki projekti koji opravdavaju povra\u0107aj investicija u kou\u010ding i mogu se prona\u0107i na sajtu ICF-a. Jedan primer iz Vankuvera bi bio Joey Restaurants Group; osvojili su me\u0111unarodnu nagradu prizmu 2011.godine, a ova nagrada odlikuje organizacije koje su profitirale kroz svoju posve\u0107enost kou\u010dingu kao strategiji liderstva. Restorani Joey su omogu\u0107ili kou\u010ding svojim senior liderima i obu\u010davali ih kao interne kou\u010deve. Za 3 meseca, prohodi restorana su porasli vi\u0161e od 30%, smanjen odlazak zaposlenih i prvi put su se pojavili na listi top 100 poslodavca . Izra\u010dunali su 682% povra\u0107aja prihoda od investicija iz svoje kou\u010ding inicijative.<br \/>\nZavisi kako defini\u0161ete uspeh, kroz \u0161estomese\u010dni kou\u010ding program bila sam svedok da 20% srednjih menad\u017eera koji su zapo\u010deli kou\u010ding su pre\u0161li su da rade za neke druge organizacije, jer njihove vrednosti nisu bile u skladu sa organizacijom za koju su radili. Mislim da je vredno re\u0107i da je u tom slu\u010daju i organizaciji i pojedincu bolje kada su jedno bez drugog. U istoj grupi sam bila svedok 20% srednjih menad\u017eera koji su pre\u0161li na lidersku poziciju. Kada je kou\u010ding uklju\u010den, uvek se vrati ono \u0161to je ulo\u017eeno, iako ta\u010dnu vrednost u dolarima mo\u017eda nije uvek lako odrediti, kao u mom primeru.
