Tokom poslednjih 40ak godina, vodio sam odli\u010dan \u017eivot usmeren na poslovno preduzetni\u0161tvo. Po\u010deo sam kao serijski preduzetnik. Radio sam na 14 uspe\u0161nih start-up biznisa, a uskoro \u0107u i na 15. Ve\u0107ina njih je bila \u010disti \u201eprtlja\u017enik\u201c start-upova, po\u010dev\u0161i od nule a zatim rastu\u0107i. Tako\u0111e sam u\u010destvovao u vi\u0161e od 400 izazova poslovnog okru\u017eenja. Kroz sve ovo, nau\u010dio sam puno o tome \u0161ta treba da radim na poslu, a \u0161ta ne. Pravio sam gre\u0161ke i postizao velike uspehe. \u010cinjenica je da \u0107e preko 90% svih biznisa zapo\u010detih danas biti zatvoreno u roku od dve godine. I tako dalje<br \/>\nPo mom mi\u0161ljenju, kou\u010ding je veoma specifi\u010dna industrija, ba\u0161 kao i bilo koja profesionalna ni\u0161a. Za\u0161to bi vlasnik preduze\u0107a stavio sudbinu svog posla u ruke nekog ko nije obu\u010den u svom poslu, a kamoli nekog ko nikada nije imao sopstveni posao? Ja ovo poredim sa medicinskim primerom. Ako vam je potrebna operacija srca kako biste ostali \u017eivi, da li biste \u017eeleli najbolje mogu\u0107eg kardiovaskularnog hirurga ili veterinara? I jedan i drugi su doktori, zar ne? Ne, \u017eelite kardiovaskularnog hirurga jer je specijalista i imate najbolje \u0161anse da pre\u017eivite sa njim u odnosu na one koji nisu specijalisti.<br \/>\nAli verujem da neki vrhunski biznis kou\u010devi mogu da se bave i pitanjima li\u010dnog razvoja, sve dok se odnose na poslovanje i karijeru klijenta. Ipak, ne mo\u017ee mnogo life kou\u010deva da pomogne klijentu sa problemima u biznisu zbog tradicionalne pozadine mnogih life kou\u010deva. Trudim se da razumem potrebe klijenata sa njihove ta\u010dke gledi\u0161ta. Ali kroz veoma fokusirane i direktne prakse biznis kou\u010dinga, doveli smo kompaniju sa tog poslovanja od 2,8 miliona dolara na poslovanje od preko 42 miliona dolara za manje od \u010detiri godine.
