I zaista, biramo lidere sa sna\u017enim unutra\u0161njim pokreta\u010dima i sposobno\u0161\u0107u da ostanu motivisani i da motivi\u0161u druge. Ali ako lideri imaju sposobnost samomotivacije, za\u0161to ne nude uvek odli\u010dne performanse? Za\u0161to dobri lideri daju otkaz?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako analiziramo motivaciju lidera da ostanu ili napuste kompaniju, \u010dini se da sposobnost lidera da odr\u017ee sopstvenu motivaciju nije dovoljna za ostanak i ovakva o\u010dekivanja poslodavaca mogu prouzrokovati pad motivacije lidera. Lideri navode da je njihova samomotivacija va\u017ena, ali im je pored toga potrebna nezavisnost, svrha, izazov i razvoj. Potreban im je okvir u kojem mogu da koriste svoje potencijale i potencijale kolega na pozitivan na\u010din.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dakle, kako da stvorimo atmosferu koja motivi\u0161e lidere?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon \u0161to smo ih pitali koji su razlozi zbog kojih \u017eele da odu, zaklju\u010dili smo da oni <em>ne rade ono za \u0161ta su izabrani.<\/em> Kada anga\u017eujemo lidere koji su odlu\u010dni, inicijativni, nezavisni i znaju kako da prevazi\u0111u izazove &#8211; moramo imati na umu da \u0107e oni \u017eeleti da predstave ove kvalitete u poslovnoj praksi. Lideri \u017eele da donose odluke koje su bitne. Potreban im je ose\u0107aj da oblikuju kompaniju \u010diji su deo. Lideri \u017eele ose\u0107aj svrhe koji odgovara viziji njihove kompanije. Ako lideri samo sprovode i kontroli\u0161u tu\u0111u odluku bez doprinosa putu kojim kompanija ide, izvanredni lideri \u0107e dati otkaz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Lideri koji su nezavisni u dono\u0161enju odluka ula\u017eu ve\u0107i napor u postizanje ciljeva kompanije. U ovoj vrsti korporativne kulture lideri ose\u0107aju sna\u017enu identifikaciju sa vizijom kompanije.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cak je i iskusnim liderima potreban li\u010dni razvoj, \u0161to bi poslodavac i sam trebalo da prepozna i podr\u017ei. De\u0161ava se da \u010dak i kompanije sa sna\u017enom razvojnom kulturom previde lidere u njihovoj potrebi za razvojem. Kada ula\u017eu u ve\u0161tine upravljanja lidera, kompanije to \u010dine pre nego \u0161to neko stekne lidersku poziciju ili ubrzo nakon \u0161to postane lider. Ovo se poklapa sa sna\u017enom motivacijom mla\u0111ih lidera. Profesionalni razvoj iskusnih lidera nije \u010desto u fokusu, jer postoje pogre\u0161ne pretpostavke da su se ve\u0107 dovoljno razvili ili da mla\u0111im kolegama treba vi\u0161e pa\u017enje na ovom polju. Lideri koji su zadovoljni u svojoj trenutnoj kompaniji dobijaju adekvatan menad\u017eerski razvoj kroz kou\u010ding, mentorstvo i treninge. Nije lako stvoriti odgovaraju\u0107i plan razvoja za liderstvo. Generi\u010dki programi razvoja mogu biti kontraproduktivni i nipoda\u0161tavati njihove postoje\u0107e ve\u0161tine, \u010dine\u0107i da se ose\u0107aju neshva\u0107eno. Liderima najvi\u0161e odgovaraju programi prilago\u0111eni upravo njima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Dragocen pristup je istra\u017eivanje i procena njihovih trenutnih kompetencija, njihove prefinjenosti i nivoa razvoja potrebnih za industriju, polo\u017eaj i tr\u017ei\u0161te, dok se sastavlja holisti\u010dki plan razvoja koji oblikuje specifi\u010dne ve\u0161tine i razvija inspiraciju, viziju i vrednosti.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pored toga, glavni faktor koji uti\u010de na motivaciju lidera su me\u0111uljudski odnosi u kompaniji i ukupna atmosfera. Zdrava radna atmosfera i dobri me\u0111uljudski odnosi stvaraju entuzijazam \u010dak i kod lidera koji su ina\u010de nezadovoljni i razmi\u0161ljaju o promenama. Osta\u0107e tu zbog dobrih \u010dlanova tima i odnosa, zbog ose\u0107aja odgovornosti prema \u010dlanovima svog tima. Lideri koji su motivisani na svojoj trenutnoj poziciji se ose\u0107aju kao da vode timove visoko kompetentnih ljudi. Mogu se osloniti na \u010dlanove svog tima i imati konstruktivne odnose zasnovane na po\u0161tovanju. Ose\u0107aju podr\u0161ku kolega i mogu da ra\u010dunaju na njih. Ovi zadovoljni i motivisani lideri tako\u0111e znaju da mogu da ra\u010dunaju na svoje nadle\u017ene ako im zatreba podr\u0161ka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne treba da previdimo promene koje je donela pandemija COVID-19 i rad na daljinu. Kao i svi, i lideri moraju imati podr\u0161ku na poslu, a tra\u017ei\u0107e je kod ljudi na istom nivou i nadre\u0111enih. Jedan od najve\u0107ih efekata rada na daljinu na motivaciju i ukupnu dobrobit je nemogu\u0107nost odvajanja od posla i rada van radnog vremena. Lideri moraju imati slobodu da budu fleksibilni i slobodu da daju fleksibilnost \u010dlanovima svog tima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bismo stvorili atmosferu u kojoj lideri napreduju, moramo da negujemo ta\u010dno ono zbog \u010dega smo ih i izabrali za lidere.
