Tu nastupa agilni kou\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krajem 2020. godine, Scrum Alliance i Institut za poslovnu agilnost sara\u0111ivali su na stvaranju prvog <a href=\"https:\/\/resources.scrumalliance.org\/Article\/state-agile-coaching-report?utm_source=promo&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=gud-State-of-Agile-Coaching&amp;utm_content=\">Izve\u0161taja o stanju agilnog kou\u010dinga<\/a> koji se usredsredio na profesiju agilnog kou\u010da, sa ciljem da uka\u017eu na jasnu vrednost agilnog kou\u010da i s njim povezanih merljivih znanja, stru\u010dnosti i ve\u0161tina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedno od mnogih saznanja iz izve\u0161taja je o vrednosti i uticaju agilnih kou\u010deva &#8211; na pojedince, organizacije, a posebno na timove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pojavile su se mnoge teme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agilni kou\u010devi su prijavili da imaju uticaja na vi\u0161e nivoa kompanije, od organizacije do nivoa tima, do kupaca i proizvoda. Ostali, dok su postizali pozitivne uticaje na nivou pojedinca ili tima, nisu bili u stanju da uvedu agilnost \u0161ire u organizaciji. Za to su dati razni razlozi, uklju\u010duju\u0107i nedostatak pristupa liderstvu, otpor liderstva i percepciju agilnosti kao \u201esamo za IT\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agilni kou\u010devi iz izve\u0161taja State of Agile Coaching izve\u0161tavali su o slede\u0107im uticajima na timove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pobolj\u0161anje agilnosti u okviru organizacije<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nije iznena\u0111enje, jedna od najistaknutijih tema koja se pojavila bila je da su kou\u010devi pomogli timovima i organizacijama da pobolj\u0161aju svoju ukupnu agilnu zrelost. To je podrazumevalo pove\u0107anje poverenja u agilnost, pobolj\u0161anje timskog samoupravljanja, bolje uskla\u0111ivanje tokova vrednosti i \u0161iroko rasprostranjeno usvajanje agilnih procesa. Brojni kou\u010devi tako\u0111e su prijavili da su uticali na promenu organizacione kulture prema agilnom na\u010dinu razmi\u0161ljanja i pona\u0161anja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201cPomogao sam timovima da po\u010dnu da veruju procesu i potpunije investiraju u doga\u0111aje koji vode ka kvalitetu i transparentnosti.\u201c<br><\/em><\/strong>~ Izjava ispitanika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image-3-1024x339.png\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is image-3-1024x339.png\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pobolj\u0161anje komunikacije, saradnje i transparentnosti<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnogi kou\u010devi izve\u0161tavaju o pobolj\u0161anju nivoa komunikacije, saradnje i transparentnosti u svojim organizacijama i timovima, pri \u010demu se to smatra klju\u010dnom predno\u0161\u0107u i pokreta\u010dkom sposobno\u0161\u0107u i va\u017enim delom ru\u0161enja silosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201eU\u010dinili smo probleme vidljivima, uveli empirijsko dono\u0161enje odluka, pokrenuli saradnju na timskom, programskom i izvr\u0161nom nivou. Ovo je dovelo do efikasnog upravljanja timovima i klijentima. \u201c<br><\/em><\/strong>~Izjava ispitanika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pobolj\u0161anje brzine i kvaliteta isporuke<br><\/strong>Izvestan broj kou\u010deva izvestio je da su pove\u0107ali brzinu isporuke i smanjili vreme isporuke, istovremeno pobolj\u0161avaju\u0107i kvalitet isporu\u010denih proizvoda. Ispitanici to uglavnom pripisuju razvoju boljih procesa koji \u0107e olak\u0161ati isporuku i preusmeriti fokus ka isporu\u010divanju vrednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201e[Primetio sam] smanjenje vremena od 36%, bez pada NPS-a.\u201c<br><\/em><\/strong>~ Izjava ispitanika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image-4-1024x492.png\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is image-4-1024x492.png\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pobolj\u0161anje pojedina\u010dnih, timskih i organizacionih metrika<br><\/strong>Kou\u010devi su govorili da su videli kako se njihov uticaj na agilnost pretvara u uspeh na svim nivoima, od pojedinaca, preko tima, pa sve do organizacionog nivoa. Neki su govorili o op\u0161tem uspehu, dok su drugi bili konkretniji, navode\u0107i, izme\u0111u ostalog, rast poslovanja, zadovoljstvo kupaca i produktivnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201e<strong><em>Poslednje dve godine su pokazale 22% rasta osoblja, 200% pove\u0107anje profitabilnosti, zna\u010dajno pove\u0107anje anga\u017eovanja zaposlenih, 242% pove\u0107anja brzine u timu 1 i 165% pove\u0107anja brzine u timu 2.\u201c<\/em><\/strong><br>~ Izjava ispitanika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pobolj\u0161anje mindseta menad\u017ementa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kou\u010devi su prijavili pome\u0161an uspeh kada su govorili o menad\u017ementu. Iako je ve\u0107ina smatrala da su srednji i vi\u0161i menad\u017ement smetnja u primeni agilnosti iz razloga, uklju\u010duju\u0107i nedostatak pristupa, stari na\u010din razmi\u0161ljanja i kulturu, politiku i \u201ekraljevstva\u201c i op\u0161ti otpor promenama, bilo je nekih trenera koji su izjavili da imaju pozitivnu uticaj na menad\u017eere i lidere u njihovoj organizaciji. To je uglavnom bilo zbog uticaja na promene u na\u010dinu razmi\u0161ljanja vo\u0111a prema agilnijem razmi\u0161ljanju i kulturi za razliku od komandovanja i kontrole ili waterfall-a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201e&#8230; Sada imam menad\u017eera na nivou direktora koji je iza mene, a moj uticaj se pro\u0161irio i nastavlja da se \u0161iri po celom preduze\u0107u.\u201c<br><\/em><\/strong>~ Izjava ispitanika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0160ta je agilni kou\u010d i za\u0161to je potreban mom timu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eAgilni kou\u010d\u201c za razli\u010dite ljude predstavlja razli\u010dite stvari. Evo jedne definicije koju su kreirali kou\u010devi Scrum Alliancea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agilni kou\u010devi nisu odgovorni samo za organizovanje agilnog tima; oni tako\u0111e poma\u017eu kompaniji da prihvati agilnost kao promenu kulture. Da bi pravilno primenio metodologiju, agilni kou\u010d treba da podstakne otvaranje zaposlenih i klju\u010dnih aktera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pa, kako na\u0107i pravog agilnog kou\u010da koji \u0107e pomo\u0107i u timovima, promeni kulture i podsticanju svih ovih stvari?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedan od klju\u010dnih pronalazaka iz I<a href=\"https:\/\/resources.scrumalliance.org\/Article\/state-agile-coaching-report?utm_source=promo&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=gud-State-of-Agile-Coaching&amp;utm_content=\">zve\u0161taja o stanju agilnog kou\u010dinga<\/a> otkrio je da velika ve\u0107ina ljudi koji se smatraju agilnim kou\u010devima ne poseduju sertifikate o agilnosti ili kou\u010ding usavr\u0161avanju. Samo 33% je izjavilo da ima jednu ili vi\u0161e sertifikata za kou\u010da; od toga je samo 18% imalo sertifikat na master nivou. (Napomena: Za ovaj izve\u0161taj sertifikati na master nivou su definisani kao oni koji zahtevaju zna\u010dajnu demonstraciju kompetentnosti i iskustva. Primeri uklju\u010duju Scrum Alliance CTC ili CEC, ICAgile ICE-AC, Me\u0111unarodnu kou\u010ding federaciju MCC ili ScaledAgile SPCT sertifikat.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isti\u010de se da, kako bi agilna transformacija bila uspe\u0161na i odr\u017eiva, samo pravilno obu\u010deni i provereni agilni kou\u010d mo\u017ee u\u010diniti sve \u0161to je bitno. Da stvari postanu komplikovanije, kompanije se suo\u010davaju sa borbom kada \u017eele da anga\u017euju agilnog kou\u010da, jer znati kakvo iskustvo i sertifikate treba tra\u017eiti mo\u017ee ponekad da predstavlja problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kao primer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrumalliance.org\/get-certified\/become-a-coach\">agilni kou\u010devi sertifikovani za Scrum Alliance<\/a> imaju profesionalnu strast za izvrsno\u0161\u0107u i posve\u0107eni su \u017eivotnom putovanju kako bi pomogli ljudima da se pobolj\u0161aju. Usredsre\u0111eni su na pomaganje kompanijama da postignu maksimalne rezultate u produktivnosti i sposobnost da te vrednosti prenesu u budu\u0107nosti. U sferi CAC-a, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrumalliance.org\/get-certified\/ctc-certification\/become-a-ctc\">sertifikovani timski kou\u010d (CTC)<\/a> fokusira se na podskup organizacije u projektu ili programu ili na vi\u0161e timova, koji tako\u0111e rade sa Scrum timovima, zainteresovanim stranama i menad\u017ementom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image-5-1024x123.png\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is image-5-1024x123.png\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svako preduze\u0107e \u017eeli da napreduje i bude odr\u017eivo. Udru\u017eivanje sa pravim agilnim kou\u010dem je ono \u0161to mo\u017ee da napravi razliku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Timovi Scrum Alliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pre dve godine, Scrum Alliance zapo\u010deo je misiju sa vizijom da postane svoj najbolji primer. Sama kompanija je \u017eivi primer uspe\u0161nih multifunkcionalnih timova koji rade zajedno u agilnoj kulturi.
