U\u010denje je proizvod aktivnosti u\u010denika \u201c. <\/strong><strong>Mogli bismo dodati: \u201eTo je izbor koji donosimo da bismo postali bolji u onome \u0161to radimo. Postajemo bolji kako u\u010dimo nove stvari, eksperimenti\u0161emo i razmi\u0161ljamo o njima. \u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako ste strastveni u svom poslu, ideje vam se stalno pojavljuju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U\u010denje ne treba da shvatamo kao ne\u0161to stra\u0161no i naporno, to se mo\u017ee dogoditi s lako\u0107om, u pokretu. Svi u\u010dimo razli\u010dito: neki ljudi u\u010de bolje kada \u010ditaju, neki u prostorijama za trening ili gledaju\u0107i video zapise, neki kad se odra\u017eavaju u grupi, neki sami, a neki kad se to vizualizuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U ING-u pristupamo u\u010denju na razli\u010ditim nivoima nude\u0107i i stvaraju\u0107i razne mogu\u0107nosti, gde svi mogu da se aktiviraju da bi saznali da li je to u grupama, timovima, departmanima, plemenima, krugovima, me\u0111u vo\u0111ama ili u zajednicama. Oni su organizovani na na\u010din da dobijete informacije podeljene na male delove i pra\u0107ene kvizovima, tako da je mozgu jako lako da ih prisvoji i upije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201eU\u010denje 2.0\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pored tradicionalnog u\u010denja, mi u ING-u vidimo kontinuirano pobolj\u0161anje kao deo na\u0161e DNK. U\u010denje se sa &nbsp;agilne ta\u010dke gledi\u0161ta zasniva na igrama, ve\u017ebama, eksperimentima, diskusijama, zajedni\u010dkom stvaranju, kao i u\u010denju jedni od drugih. U njemu i oko njega ima puno fleksibilnosti i \u017eivahnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na nivou tima postoje dvonedeljne retrospektive ili, na primer, programiranje u paru. Pored toga, u raznim zajednicama prakse okupljamo stru\u010dnjake kako bi razgovarali o temama od interesa, novim alatima ili kako da postanu bolji u onome \u0161to rade &#8211; da rade na njihovom zanatskom ume\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalje, na nivou organizacije, redovno imamo razli\u010dite aktivnosti za podsticanje inovacija i kreativnosti poput barova i inovacionih kampova, kao i sesije mozgova sa razli\u010ditim alatima. Ovde podsti\u010demo razgovore \u201eda i &#8230;\u201c koji na\u0161eg istra\u017eitelja ubacuju u raspolo\u017eenje za dalji put inovacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>U\u010denje 2.0 rezultat je okru\u017eenja i procesa koje smo stvorili, \u010dine\u0107i stvari vidljivim, kreativno razmi\u0161ljaju\u0107i o re\u0161enjima i donose\u0107i odluke na osnovu tih rasprava, povratnih informacija i razmi\u0161ljanja kupaca.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ubrzano u\u010denje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me\u0111utim, za podsticanje u\u010denja je va\u017ena sposobnost da usporimo, stvorimo prostor za povezivanje i razmi\u0161ljanje, kako bismo mogli da istra\u017eujemo, eksperimenti\u0161emo, stvaramo i inoviramo. U\u010denje uvek ide uz samosvest i samorefleksiju. Ta u\u010denja su odr\u017eiva. Neke organizacije su na to potro\u0161ile vi\u0161e, a neke manje &#8211; i to je ono \u0161to \u010dini razliku!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/p2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5197\" width=\"452\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/p2-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/p2-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/p2-1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 452px) 100vw, 452px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Deljenje je pokazatelj da nam je stalo &#8211; svi smo stru\u010dnjaci<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161 nedavni primer ubrzanog u\u010denja je razvoj onoga \u0161to nazivamo \u201eDeljenje je pokazatelj da nam je stalo\u201d. Ukratko, to je dobro isplanirana inicijativa, gde ljudi mese\u010dno razmenjuju stru\u010dnost, alate ili teme od interesa sa drugima, obi\u010dno u roku od 30 minuta. Svi su pozvani da se uklju\u010de i doprinesu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa nedavnom odlukom ING-a da povu\u010de maloprodaju sa austrijskog tr\u017ei\u0161ta, potezom koji poga\u0111a preko 300 zaposlenih, ova inicijativa postala je klju\u010dna u povezivanju ljudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon \u0161to je ovaj prvi \u0161ok kona\u010dno priva\u0107en, dogodilo se ne\u0161to magi\u010dno. Ljudski \u010din dobrote u tom te\u0161kom trenutku ponovo je pokrenuo ovu inicijativu \u201eDeljenje je pokazatelj da nam je stalo\u201c na nov i izvanredan na\u010din. Iskrenim saose\u0107anjem i ranjivo\u0161\u0107u koja dolazi iz na\u0161eg upravnog odbora dok su odgovarali na stotine pitanja zaposlenih u \u201eOtvorenim mikrofonskim sesijama\u201c, procvetala je spremnost kolega da se me\u0111usobno podr\u017eavaju. HR je zaista dr\u017eao do izreke \u201cljudi pre procesa\u201d i udru\u017eio snage sa nama, agilnim kou\u010devima, kako bi u\u010dinili ne\u0161to za svakog zaposlenog \u2013 a sve ovo naravno u atmosferi poverenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa tom visokom energijom predstavili smo u sesiji \u201eDeljenje je pokazatelj da nam je stalu\u201c na\u0161u novu ideju \u201eDovoljno dobro za nastavak\u201c: spajanje dva odeljka (\u201eNudim\u201c i \u201eTreba mi\u201c) gde su svi bili deo toga uz poziv da se dalje razvijaju tamo gde je to potrebno. <strong>Bez planiranja, bez dogovora, bez rokova, bez koordinacije, bez birokratije!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iz dana u dan ljudi objavljuju nove kurseve, a spiskovi u\u010desnika stalno rastu, a kalendar sa svim aktivnostima se odmah vidi. Nekoliko nedelja kasnije, o ovome se jo\u0161 uvek dosta pri\u010da: do sada je najavljeno preko 30 razli\u010ditih radionica sa vi\u0161e od 30% zaposlenih! Obu\u010dili smo brzu liniju za Confluence, Jira, OneNote, investicije, digitalni marketing, pa\u017eljivost i mnoge druge, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i Train-the-Trainer u karijernom kou\u010dingu, tako da oni pru\u017eaju 1: 1 trening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U osnovi, u zaista agilnom duhu zaposleni su po\u010deli da se organizuju sami za sebe. Tokom godina agilni kou\u010devi u ING-u stvorili su okru\u017eenje u kojem podsti\u010demo ljude da razmenjuju ideje, ose\u0107amo se dovoljno sigurno da ih isprobamo i razmi\u0161ljamo o njima. Istovremeno smo razgovarali sa menad\u017ementom i podr\u017eali ih u stvaranju prostora za rast. Ovo ne funkcioni\u0161e uvek savr\u0161eno i to je u redu. U ovom slu\u010daju zastajemo, zauzimamo druga gledi\u0161ta i nastavljamo razgovor. To je putovanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi, agilni kou\u010devi, uticali smo na kulturu kompanije tako da mo\u017eemo da dopremo do drugih, pristupamo problemima i neplaniranim doga\u0111ajima i ostavljamo prostora da se \u010duje svaki glas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Po\u010dnite od sebe&#8230; Uradite svoj deo!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da biste dostigli novi nivo, ne treba da \u010dekate ogroman poreme\u0107aj koji se dogodio nama.
