To je plemenit cilj i sigurno ste na pravom mestu. Ipak, ovde sam da vam ka\u017eem da ste se fokusirali na pogre\u0161nu stvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razlika izme\u0111u dobrog i odli\u010dnog kou\u010da nije sposobnost da pomogne timovima da identifikuju uverenja koja ih ograni\u010davaju, ve\u0107 sve ostale ve\u0161tine koje ne nau\u010dite na \u010dasu kou\u010dinga. Isto va\u017ei i za va\u0161e klijente i timove. Kako sam napredovao u karijeri, po\u010deo sam da uvi\u0111am va\u017enost i jednih i drugih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evo primera nekih soft skills koje bih razvio u svom timu;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf efektno pisanje i jasno govorenje (drugim re\u010dima, prelazak na stvar),<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Mentorske ve\u0161tine (verujem da bi svi trebalo da budu ne\u010diji mentor)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Pregovara\u010dke ve\u0161tine (va\u017ene bilo gde gde postoje konkurentska gledi\u0161ta; bilo da se pregovara o produ\u017eenju roka rada ili popustu na automobil)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Razlike u kulturnoj komunikaciji i neverbalne ve\u0161tine komunikacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Teorija kompleksnosti i sistemsko razmi\u0161ljanje (na\u017ealost prili\u010dno zanemareno u mnogim organizacijama)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/p1-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5218\" width=\"163\" height=\"245\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/p1-2.jpg 680w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/p1-2-199x300.jpg 199w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 163px) 100vw, 163px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Primeri hard skills jednako su raznoliki kao gore navedene soft skills i mogu obuhvatati;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Scripting skills (bilo \u0161ta, od Ekcel makroa do skriptiranja shell-a). Li\u010dno sam u\u0161tedeo hiljade sati samo znaju\u0107i \u0161ta (i kako) automatizujem zadatke koji se ponavljaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Osnovne finansijske i ra\u010dunovodske ve\u0161tine. Mogu\u0107nost razgovora sa finansijskim direktorom sa poverenjem mo\u017ee napraviti razliku izme\u0111u dobijanja ili odobravanja va\u017ene inicijative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf Ve\u0161tine regrutovanja i intervjuisanja. U domenima poslovne agilnosti (https:\/\/businessagiliti.institute\/) defini\u0161emo ve\u0161tinu modernog menad\u017ementa ljudima da <em>\u201eregrutuje, zapo\u0161ljava, neguje i razvija ljude koji su sna\u017eno sposobni za budu\u0107i potencijal i uskla\u0111ivanje misija, izuzetno pogodni za polo\u017eaj. \u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stoga je veliki deo ove uloge podu\u010davanje pojedinaca i pomo\u0107 u razvijanju njihovih komplementarnih ve\u0161tina i pona\u0161anja (npr. Razli\u010ditost i inkluzija, agilnost, prepoznavanje kognitivnih pristrasnosti itd.). Drugim re\u010dima, pomozite im da postanu \u201epotpuno svoji\u201c na poslu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako se organizacije izjedna\u010davaju i delegiraju ve\u0107u odgovornost, autoritet i autonomiju radnoj snazi, uloga menad\u017eera ljudi (za razliku od menad\u017eera procesa) postaje sve zna\u010dajnija. Za svoje ljude oni su kou\u010devi i mentori koji daju energiju, uklanjaju prepreke, re\u0161avaju sukobe i prenose korporacijsku viziju. Kroz njih \u017eivi kultura organizacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prednosti razvijanja komplementarnih ve\u0161tina u sebi ili u svojim timovima prili\u010dno su o\u010digledne. Pojedinci su u stanju da se kre\u0107u dalje od svojih silosa i efikasno rade kao tim. Timovi grade ve\u0107e poverenje i vezu sa svojim projektnim kupcima. Pojedinci su i sami bolje vo\u0111e i mentori svojim vr\u0161njacima i kolegama. I, naravno, ishodi kupaca su u velikoj meri pobolj\u0161ani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da\u0107u vam li\u010dni primer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada sam vodio ve\u017ebe u IBM-u, vodio sam igru pod nazivom prezentacione karaoke za svoje timove i druge ljude koji su tako\u0111e bili tu. Vikipedia opisuje prezentacione karaoke kao \u201eimprovizacionu aktivnost u kojoj u\u010desnik mora da odr\u017ei prezentaciju na osnovu niza slajdova koje nikada pre nije video\u201c. Ono \u0161to ne ka\u017ee jeste da je ovo izuzetno sme\u0161no i zabavno za igru. Igra\u010di dobijaju 1 minut, nasumi\u010dnu temu i nasumi\u010dne slajdove &#8211; GO!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogi od ovih ljudi nisu imali nameru da javno nastupaju, ali ve\u0161tine brzog razmi\u0161ljanja, improvizacije i taj nalet uzbu\u0111enosti bile su im (i jesu) neprocenjive. Komplementarne ljude.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U svojoj knjizi \u201eMudrost timova: Stvaranje organizacije visokih performansi\u201c Katzenbach i Smith timove sa visokim performansima opisuju kao \u201e<em>mali broj ljudi sa komplementarnim ve\u0161tinama koji su posve\u0107eni zajedni\u010dkoj svrsi, ciljevima u\u010dinka i pristupu za koji su svi jednako odgovorni.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo nije nova ideja. Decenijama gradimo me\u0111usobno funkcionalne i multidisciplinarne timove. Ono \u0161to je va\u017eno je da se oslonimo na raznolikost ljudi iznad osnovnih sposobnosti. Znamo da je vi\u0161efunkcionalni tim sa programerima i testerima efikasniji od tima programera i drugog tima testera. Ali moramo da pogledamo dalje od ovoga. Mogu li komplementarne ve\u0161tine jedne osobe dopuniti komplementarne ve\u0161tine druge osobe? (Izvinjavam se zbog te poslednje re\u010denice &#8211; ali shvatate moje zna\u010denje).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I, kao vo\u0111a, morate da izgradite timove koji vas dopunjuju i koje vi mo\u017eete da dopunite.
