{"id":5324,"date":"2021-06-26T11:22:41","date_gmt":"2021-06-26T10:22:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/?p=5324"},"modified":"2021-07-14T10:30:30","modified_gmt":"2021-07-14T09:30:30","slug":"sve-sto-mozete-da-naucite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/sr\/sve-sto-mozete-da-naucite\/","title":{"rendered":"Sve \u0161to mo\u017eete da nau\u010dite"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bila sam posebno sre\u0107na u petak ujutru, jer mi je nakon punih godinu dana online komunikacije progla\u0161eno bezbednim da posetim kolege u nekoj od filijala i iz prve ruke do\u017eivim kako se ose\u0107a i izgleda biti tu za na\u0161e klijenti svaki dan. Tokom protekle godine, tokom svih zaklju\u010davanja i strahova od virusa, svi smo morali da se prilagodimo jako brzo i dalje odr\u017eimo posao i nastavimo da podr\u017eavamo svoje klijente u izuzetno te\u0161kim vremenima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za razliku od drugih oblasti u organizaciji, na\u0161e kolege u mre\u017ei filijala u po\u010detku nisu mogle da koriste opcije rada nad aljinu, jer onlajn savetovanje i komunikacija sa klijentima nisu bile sveprisutna mogu\u0107nost u martu 2020. godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>U prvih nekoliko meseci pandemije, rad od ku\u0107e za mnoge kolege postao je u\u010denje od ku\u0107e.<\/strong> Sav sadr\u017eaj za u\u010denje brzo se transformisao u online formate, tako da svi zaposleni mogu imati neposredan pristup i iskoristiti vreme da ili nadoknade obaveznu obuku ili ulo\u017ee u sopstveni razvoj, u rasponu od blagostanja do vo\u0111stva na daljinu i saveta i trikova za ku\u0107ne kancelarije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/p1-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5318\" width=\"192\" height=\"284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/p1-5.jpg 455w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/p1-5-203x300.jpg 203w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 192px) 100vw, 192px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ono \u0161to su mi retrospektivno rekli je da je poslednjih dvanaest meseci bio period u kojem su najvi\u0161e nau\u010dili svakodnevnim pritiskom da u\u010de i usvajaju nove ve\u0161tine potrebne kako bi bili tu za klijente kako u\u017eivo tako i online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svi smo mi iskusili skok u u\u010denju (osim savladavanja sigurnosti i smirenosti), bili smo prinu\u0111eni da se brzo prilagodimo i steknemo nove ve\u0161tine bez previ\u0161e obuke i detaljnih planova predstavljanja. Nije bilo uputstva za upotrebu \u0161ta \u0107e se doga\u0111ati i svakodnevno smo u\u010dili od toga kako deliti ekran na platformi za saradnju do pru\u017eanja savetodavnih usluga na\u0161im klijentima iz udobnosti na\u0161eg doma ili kancelarije. <strong>Poljuljala nas je stvarnost oko nas, nau\u010dili smo iz poku\u0161aja i gre\u0161aka, shvataju\u0107i posle godinu dana razliku u na\u0161em skupu ve\u0161tina u odnosu na onaj koji smo imali godinu dana ranije.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Promena da bismo u\u010dili \u2013 u\u010denje promene<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010cak i pre pandemije, na\u0161 svet se brzo menjao, transformacija je slu\u017eila kao korporativna mantra, da bi je ubrzala zaraza koja se dogodila, primoravaju\u0107i nas da usvojimo nove na\u010dine rada. Da bismo se prilagodili, morali smo brzo ste\u0107i nove ve\u0161tine na na\u010din koji nije dodatak ve\u0107 gustom rasporedu, ve\u0107 integrisan na nepretenciozan na\u010din, poput malih tableta znanja, spremni da ih uzmemo po potrebi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Korporativno u\u010denje se ve\u0107 neko vreme menja, prenose\u0107i sve vi\u0161e i vi\u0161e online sadr\u017eaja, u digitalne lekcije veli\u010dine zalogaja, dostupne kroz aplikacije, podcaste, video zapise ili blogove. Ve\u0161ta\u010dka inteligencija ili ma\u0161insko u\u010denje pretvorile su platforme u neku vrstu Netflixa u\u010denja, sa sadr\u017eajem generisanim na osnovu na\u0161ih li\u010dnih potreba i profila. <strong>Gamifikacija je postala simbol online igre (u\u010denja), \u010dine\u0107i sadr\u017eaj privla\u010dnim i zabavnim kako bi u\u010desnici bili aktivni kroz proces, uz podsticaje prilago\u0111ene njihovim vlastitim preferencama.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raznovrsnost internog i eksternog sadr\u017eaja postala je dostupna kroz nekoliko klikova, a zaposleni su imali mogu\u0107nost da se prijave ili odjave, a na ovu odluku uticalo je to koliko je sadr\u017eaj bio privla\u010dan i koristan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne mo\u017eemo predvideti budu\u0107nost ili da li se slede\u0107a pandemija nazire iza ugla, ali sigurno mo\u017eemo re\u0107i da dizajniranje programa obuke koji odgovaraju na odre\u0111enu potrebu vi\u0161e ne\u0107e biti dovoljno ili adekvatno. Ne mo\u017eemo \u010dak ni predvideti ve\u0161tine koje \u0107e nam biti potrebne u narednih tri do pet godina, jer se \u010ditava na\u0161a industrija pretvara u ogromne transformacije, a na\u0161e HR funkcije su u trci da pru\u017ee personalizovani sadr\u017eaj za u\u010denje u okru\u017eenju koje nudi mogu\u0107nosti za unapre\u0111enje i primenu novoste\u010denog znanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da se vratim na svoje kolege iz mre\u017ee filijala, morali su brzo da promene prioritete i tog odre\u0111enog petka bilo je nekoliko kolega nedostupnih za \u0107askanje, jer su na svojim stolovima ostavili natpis \u201esavetodavni video poziv je u toku\u201c. Ogroman pomak od \u201ene remeti Skype status\u201c, zar ne?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0160ta dalje?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nakon dugo vremena bez presedana izazova u radu online, sada \u010deznemo za susretima licem u lice, deljenjem li\u010dno i ponovnim povezivanjem kao timovi, ali ne nu\u017eno prekidom jednodnevnih ili dvodnevnih treninga (ako to nije kra\u0161 kurs u jogi i promi\u0161ljenosti).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znanje dolazi u razli\u010ditim veli\u010dinama i formatima, a iako postoje obe\u0107anja da \u0107e nam kreativnost i fokus do\u0107i upakovani u nekoj bo\u010dici, za u\u010denje novih ve\u0161tina i dalje je potreban napor i smernice iskusnijeg u\u010ditelja i na\u0161e sopstvene \u017eelje za promenom i pripremom za ne\u0161to potpuno novo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Re\u0161avanje jedna\u010dine kako dodati vreme za u\u010denje u ve\u0107 sam po sebi naporan dan, boriti se sa brojnim pozivima, sastancima online, pratiti porodi\u010dne potrebe i nadamo se na\u0107i vremena da se prilagodimo li\u010dnim potrebama i napunimo baterije, pokazalo se jednim od najve\u0107ih izazova za svaku kompaniju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/6-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5320\" width=\"478\" height=\"318\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/6-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/6-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/6-1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 478px) 100vw, 478px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo je trenutak da se zaustavimo i preispitamo korporativno u\u010denje kako bismo podr\u017eali ljude za budu\u0107e poslove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Timovi za u\u010denje i razvoj moraju da razmisle o tome kako da dizajniraju i integri\u0161u u\u010denje u svakodnevne poslove i u\u010dine ga vrednim za pojedince, timove i lidere. Vreme je od su\u0161tinske va\u017enosti i skaliranje inicijativa za obuku \u0161iroj publici, ta\u010dno na vreme i u pravoj veli\u010dini i formatu, ili \u0107e olak\u0161ati ili ometati rast bilo koje organizacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161 posao kao lidera je da obezbedimo prostor za u\u010denje, \u010dine\u0107i ga sastavnim delom dnevnog rasporeda rada, a ne jo\u0161 jednu obavezu koja ostaje u tami nadolaze\u0107ih rokova i beskrajnih sastanaka i poziva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne mo\u017eemo se vi\u0161e oslanjati na ankete o potrebama za obukom i postavljanje adekvatnog odgovora na utvr\u0111ene potrebe. Svedoci smo sve ve\u0107eg jaza u digitalnim ve\u0161tinama, gde se vi\u0161e ne radi o odabranoj grupi visoko specijalizovanih ljudi kojima su potrebna neka posebna znanja i ve\u0161tine, ve\u0107 se radi o opremanju svih na\u0161ih ljudi neophodnom digitalnom pismeno\u0161\u0107u da napreduju i rastu u zahtevima tr\u017ei\u0161ta koji se stalno menjaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160tavi\u0161e, \u017eivimo u nekoj darvinisti\u010dkoj epohi u\u010denja, \u010dine\u0107i neophodnim razvoj i prilago\u0111avanje druga\u010dijem eho-sistemu korporativnog okru\u017eenja &#8211; zahtevaju\u0107i od svih da izgradimo otpornije, raznovrsnije i odr\u017eivije korporativne sisteme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u0107ina ljudi je iznutra motivisana da u\u010de i razvijaju ve\u0161tine koje bi im pomogle da se za\u0161tite od potencijalnih budu\u0107ih \u0161okova i da odr\u017ee zaposlenje. Dru\u0161tvena i eti\u010dka odgovornost kompanija je da obezbede mogu\u0107nosti i prilike da se takvo u\u010denje odvija i razviju psiholo\u0161ki sigurno okru\u017eenje, gde je u redu gre\u0161iti, jer su gre\u0161ke i oklevanje tako\u0111e deo u\u010denja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svi znamo da je u\u010denje vitalno za svaku organizaciju, ali ispravljanje i odricanje od starih navika je druga stvar.
