Nau\u010de da kada pla\u010du ljudi obra\u0107aju pa\u017enju &#8211; po\u010detak komunikacije. Kako rastu, nau\u010de da koriste druga \u010dula poput o\u010diju i u\u0161iju i nosa, kao i svoja tela za nova otkri\u0107a. To nije ne\u0161to \u010demu ih mi u\u010dimo; instinkti ih vode, ali oni sami u\u010de da hvataju predmete poput kose ili nao\u010dara i svetlih malih igra\u010daka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako postaju mali\u0161ani, postaju pokretniji i dalje istra\u017euju. Kao roditelji poku\u0161avamo da ih nau\u010dimo sigurnosti &#8211; toplo ili hladno, i trudimo se da ih za\u0161titimo od padanja niz stepenice, ali kao \u0161to svaki roditelj zna &#8230; ponekad deca prvo moraju da iskuse ne\u0161to da bi razumela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/p1-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5440\" width=\"216\" height=\"324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/p1-3.jpg 682w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/p1-3-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 216px) 100vw, 216px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Moj prijatelj u\u010ditelj koji je magistrirao u ranom detinjstvu, sa B Ed, Ed Dip, M Ed sa Univerziteta u Alberti, ka\u017ee da guranje dece da \u010ditaju tako \u0161to pamte u ranim godinama nije najbolji na\u010din da ih nau\u010dite ; navo\u0111enje na razmi\u0161ljanje je mnogo efikasnije. U tom cilju ohrabrila je svoj razred da istra\u017euje, stvara, igra i izmi\u0161lja. Ova metoda u\u010di decu ve\u0161tinama re\u0161avanja problema, kao i pronala\u017eenju \u010duda u u\u010denju. Da je citiram, \u201eOni po\u010dinju da veruju da su sposobni da shvate svet i divne probleme i mogu\u0107nosti.\u201c Me\u0111utim, ve\u0107ina \u0161kola podu\u010dava decu na strukturiran na\u010din, tako da kao odrasli o\u010dekujemo da \u0107e nam informacije uvek stizati na ka\u0161i\u010dicu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Li\u010dno u\u010denje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako su va\u0161a iskustva iz detinjstva uticala na va\u0161e u\u010denje? Da li volite da istra\u017eujete, stvarate, igrate i izmi\u0161ljate ili \u017eelite da vam neko ka\u017ee kako se ne\u0161to radi strukturiranom metodom? A \u0161ta to za nas zna\u010di u poslovnom okru\u017eenju?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre nekoliko godina, na jednom poslu koji sam imala, organizacija je imala vrlo strukturiran program u\u010denja. Rekli su mi koje kurseve da poha\u0111am da bih se popravila i napredovala u kompaniji. Bilo mi je lako da ih pustim da preuzmu moju karijeru. Unapredili su me na slede\u0107i nivo kada su mislili da sam spremna iako to mo\u017eda nije bilo ono \u0161to sam ja \u017eelela, ali, zaista nisam znala druga\u010dije i smatrala sam da ba\u0161 tako treba da bude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slede\u0107a kompanija u koju sam oti\u0161la nije imala plan u\u010denja za mene. Stagnirala sam jer nisam imala pravac. Na kraju sam napustila tu kompaniju i pre\u0161la u onu koja tako\u0111e nije imala plan u\u010denja za mene, ali mi je pru\u017eila mentora, vodi\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada pri\u010dam ovu pri\u010du, setim se Zlatokose i tri medveda. Tre\u0107a organizacija mi je odgovarala. U toj organizaciji sam ja li\u010dno bila zadu\u017eena za svoje u\u010denje. Morala sam da odlu\u010dim \u0161ta \u017eelim da nau\u010dim na osnovu toga gde \u017eelim da idem. Nisam pretpostavljala da \u0107u biti unapre\u0111ena jer sam bila spremna, ali sam se trudila da prilikom rada koristim svoje ve\u0161tine u najboljem mogu\u0107em okru\u017eenju. U to vreme sam znala da ne \u017eelim da budem menad\u017eer, pa sam gledala da pobolj\u0161am svoje tehni\u010dke ve\u0161tine i ve\u0161tine saradnje. <strong>Prvi put od univerziteta sam po\u010dela da ponovo u\u017eivam u u\u010denju jer sam mogla da istra\u017eujem i stvaram.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Timsko u\u010denje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Timovi tako\u0111e moraju stalno da u\u010de. Kako dobijaju nove funkcije, moraju da istra\u017euju i kreiraju najbolja mogu\u0107a re\u0161enja. Kao vi\u0161efunkcionalni tim, oni imaju ve\u0107inu, ako ne i sve ve\u0161tine potrebne za to. Kada nemaju ve\u0161tine, moraju da u\u010de &#8211; po mogu\u0107nosti kao tim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shvatila sam da je to mogu\u0107e samo kada tim ima zajedni\u010dku viziju i ako me\u0111u \u010dlanovima tima postoji poverenje. Ako se ose\u0107aju sigurno, mogu priznati da mo\u017eda ne znaju kako da ne\u0161to urade. Kao tim mogu da razmisle o re\u0161enjima ili da odlu\u010de kako da se uhvate u ko\u0161tac sa u\u010denjem o novom tehni\u010dkom problemu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moja koautorka Lisa Crispin podelila je sa mnom pri\u010du o jednom od timova u kojem je bila. Mu\u0161terija ih je vi\u0161e puta odbila jer su stvarali pogre\u0161nu stvar. Dakle, umesto da poku\u0161aju da anga\u017euju taj skup ve\u0161tina, odlu\u010dili su kao tim da nau\u010de o poslovnoj analizi. Proaktivno su po\u010deli da istra\u017euju i dele ono \u0161to su nau\u010dili i eksperimenti\u0161u sa razli\u010ditim tehnikama. Kao tim postajali su sve bolji u postavljanju pravih pitanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Klju\u010d je bilo poverenje, zajedni\u010dka vizija i siguran prostor za u\u010denje.<\/strong> Tako\u0111e je va\u017eno znati svoj kontekst i kada \u0107e vam mo\u017eda trebati stru\u010dnost koja \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da zapo\u010dnete stvari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/16.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5443\" width=\"529\" height=\"352\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/16.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/16-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/16-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 529px) 100vw, 529px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organizaciono u\u010denje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizacije moraju da preuzmu odre\u0111enu odgovornost da bi zaposleni mogli da u\u010de i rastu. Pru\u017eanje sigurnog okru\u017eenja za pojedince i timove da steknu i primene nova u\u010denja je od jako velikog zna\u010daja. Tako\u0111e je va\u017ena doslednost u nekim oblastima, poput zapo\u0161ljavanja novog osoblja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednom sam radila sa organizacijom koja je prelazila u agilnu. Mislila sam da imaju sjajan put napred. Svaki novi agilni tim bi bio uklju\u010den u kurs agilnih osnova. Nakon dva kruga, tim bi poha\u0111ao slede\u0107i kurs o tome kako da unese kvalitet u svoj proces. Posle toga bi posebno radili na nekim tehni\u010dkim ve\u0161tinama poput TDD-a. Plan je bio da zajedno pomognemo timu da napreduje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, organizacija \u201etim za u\u010denje\u201c je morala da vodi stvari, i sve je krenulo naopako. Uveli su odre\u0111ene kurseve, neki su imali preduslove, ali nigde nije postojao nikakav nadzor. Timovi se nisu prijavili, a pojedinci jesu, ili su ih menad\u017eeri prijavili. To je zna\u010dilo da sam, dok sam dr\u017eala \u010das koji je namenjen \u2019celom timu\u2019, dobila ljude iz mnogih razli\u010ditih timova \u2013 a ve\u0107ina nije uop\u0161te ni razumela o \u010demu se radi. Neki ljudi nisu nikako ni mogli da budu na mom kursu, jer nisu imali ni najmanju predstavu o agilnom \u2013 gubljenje vremena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organizacioni ciljevi moraju da se pove\u017eu sa timskim ciljevima, za koje se nadamo da su u skladu sa individualnim ciljevima u\u010denja. Menad\u017eeri mogu pomo\u0107i timovima tako \u0161to \u0107e im pru\u017eiti sigurno okru\u017eenje za efikasno u\u010denje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Podu\u010davanje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tokom godina sam vodila mnoge kurseve, radionice i tutorijale. Na primer, svesna sam da imam slepe ta\u010dke koje me mogu spre\u010diti u u\u010denju. Jerry Weinberg, kroz svoj kurs PSL (Problem Solving Leadership), defini\u0161e liderstvo u re\u0161avanju problema kao sposobnost pobolj\u0161anja \u017eivotne sredine tako da su svi podu\u010deni da kreativno daju svoj doprinos re\u0161avanju problema. Kao lider i facilitator, to zna\u010di da moram da prepoznam da i drugi ljudi imaju sli\u010dne slepe ta\u010dke i da nau\u010dim da ih prepoznajem. Kada sam u ulozi u\u010ditelja, moram da shvatim da ljudi mo\u017eda ne\u0107e prihvatiti poruku ako im se ne svi\u0111a format isporuke. Moram da otvorim svoj um mogu\u0107nostima i posmatram povratne informacije koje dobijam od u\u010desnika. Ovo je ve\u0161tina koju treba nau\u010diti i praktikovati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tako\u0111e znam da ljudi u\u010de rade\u0107i, tako da kursevi koje dr\u017eim sadr\u017ee kombinaciju predavanja, prakti\u010dnih ve\u017ebi i razmene iskustava.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rezime<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada predajete ili u\u010dite &#8211; tra\u017eite ne\u0161to \u0161to aktivira um, a ne ne\u0161to \u0161to ga ograni\u010dava isklju\u010divo na memorisanje.
