Moje radno mesto Vincit neprekidno se usavr\u0161ava od svog osnivanja, jer verujemo da je to jedan od najva\u017enijih principa agilnog razvoja.<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> Ali kontinuirano usavr\u0161avanje se ne odnosi isklju\u010divo na razvoj softvera. Timsko u\u010denje zna\u010di razvijanje saradnje \u010dlanova tima kako bi tim omogu\u0107io efikasnije postizanje ciljeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada tim po\u010dne da radi zajedno, dogovaraju se o svojim projektnim praksama. Ali dok se projekat zavr\u0161ava, te prakse mo\u017eda vi\u0161e ne\u0107e funkcionisati onako kako je planirano. <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Vremenom su se mo\u017eda promenili radno okru\u017eenje, \u010dlanovi tima, pa \u010dak i ciljevi projekta.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U razvoju softvera, kontinuirano pobolj\u0161anje zna\u010di da timovi redovno pregledavaju i raspravljaju o svojoj praksi i shodno tome primenjuju pobolj\u0161anja. Niko ne \u017eeli na kraju da tro\u0161i vreme i novac zbog neefikasnih metoda rada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uspostavite retrospektivu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agilne metode razvoja softvera pru\u017eaju odli\u010dan alat za kontinuirano usavr\u0161avanje: retrospektive. Re\u010d retrospektiva zna\u010di osvrtanje unazad, a agilne retrospektive su sastanci na kojima se osvr\u0107emo kako bismo razgovarali o tome kako je projekat tekao i prilagodili radne prakse tima kako bi se stvari u budu\u0107nosti odvijale mirnije. Ovo je su\u0161tina timskog u\u010denja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Su\u0161tina retrospektive je timski rad.<\/span> To nije sastanak na kojem vo\u0111a tima donosi odluke, a drugi to slede. Nova ideja se ne\u0107e pretvoriti u akciju ukoliko se svi ne obave\u017eu i ne razumeju kako se ona odnosi na ciljeve tima. U\u010de\u0161\u0107e indukuje posve\u0107enost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi se osiguralo da se \u010duju sva\u010dija mi\u0161ljenja, agilne retrospektive obi\u010dno vodi moderator i one prate odre\u0111eni scenario. Podeljene su u pet faza: uvod, kada postavljate ciljeve i atomosferu sastanka, prikupljanje podataka od u\u010desnika, stvaranje uvida na osnovu podataka, dono\u0161enje odluka na osnovu uvida i zatvaranje radi sumiranja sastanka i prikupljanja povratnih informacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svrha faza prikupljanja podataka, analize i dono\u0161enja odluka jeste da se ceo tim uklju\u010di. Tim je uvek ja\u010di i pametniji od jedne osobe. Ishod retrospektive je bolji kada se odluke donose zajedno. Tim \u0107e tako\u0111e efikasnije primeniti nove prakse kada svi razumeju obrazlo\u017eenje koje stoji iza njih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U\u010dinite da to bude proces<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo su retrospektive u Vincitu odr\u017eavane na kraju projekata. Svrha je bila nau\u010diti \u0161ta je dobro funkcionisalo, a \u0161ta ne, kako bi se nau\u010dene lekcije mogle primeniti u budu\u0107im projektima. Na ovaj na\u010din smo u stanju da re\u0161imo mnoge probleme i pobolj\u0161amo prakse na\u0161ih teku\u0107ih projekata, umesto da se fokusiramo samo na budu\u0107e projekte. Timovi tako\u0111e mogu vi\u0161e da se posvete novim praksama kada ih primene i prilagode u svom kontekstu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvu\u0107i \u0107ete najvi\u0161e iz retrospektiva u slu\u010daju da ih uspostavljate redovno. Ovo se prirodno de\u0161ava u razvoju softvera dok se rad odvija u ponavljaju\u0107im sprintima. Prva je sigurna atmosfera u kojoj svako mo\u017ee otvoreno da podeli svoja iskustva bez straha da rizikuje svoj status profesionalno ili socijalno. Dobre retrospektive re\u0161avaju ovo pitanje u fazi uvo\u0111enja. Ali brz razgovor o izuzetno va\u017enim temama poput poverenja na po\u010detku sastanka nije dovoljan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Morate stvoriti otvorenu kulturu za celu organizaciju kako biste omogu\u0107ili timsko u\u010denje. Drugi preduslov za timsko u\u010denje je orijentacija ka cilju. Retrospektive nisu pauze za kafu u kojima \u0107askate o poslu. Da biste postigli stvarne rezultate retrospektivom, morate da iznesete ta\u010dke delovanja koje dovode do opipljivih promena u radnim praksama. Na to morate da obratite dodatnu pa\u017enju tokom faza odlu\u010divanja i zatvaranja tokom retrospektive. Svaku odluku, ljude koji su odgovorni za akciju i rokove treba detaljno zapisati. Ali facilitacija i u\u010destvovanje u retrospektivi istovremeno je veoma te\u0161ko. Dok olak\u0161avam retrospektive timovima svojih kolega, u\u010dim o njihovim najboljim praksama i obrnuto. Interni tim facilitatora i zajedni\u010dki pristup ure\u0111ivanju retrospektiva osiguravaju da kroz na\u0161u organizaciju te\u010de najbolja projektna praksa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istorija retrospektiva u Vincitu tako\u0111e pokazuje kako se dobre prakse mogu pro\u0161iriti unutar organizacije na jo\u0161 \u0161irem nivou. U po\u010detku su retrospektive odr\u017eavali projektni timovi prate\u0107i najbolje prakse agilnog razvoja softvera. Nakon \u0161to su se otkrile prednosti retrospektiva od na\u0161ih programera i dizajnera, na\u0161i izvr\u0161ni, administrativni i poslovni timovi odlu\u010dili su da koriste isti metod za pobolj\u0161anje svojih radnih praksi.
