ICF defini\u0161e ovu kompetenciju kao \u201eSara\u0111uje sa klijentom kako bi transformisali u\u010denje i uvid u akciju. Promovi\u0161e autonomiju klijenta u procesu kou\u010dinga. \u201c Slede\u0107i markeri su pokazatelji sposobnosti. Pokazatelji 2-5 i 8 su usko povezani, pa \u0107u ih obraditi zajedno. Tako \u0107u zaokru\u017eiti seriju o novom ICF Competency Modelu.<br>2. Udru\u017euje se sa klijentom u dizajniranju ciljeva, radnji i mera odgovornosti koje integri\u0161u i pro\u0161iruju novo u\u010denje<br>3. Priznaje i podr\u017eava autonomiju klijenta u dizajniranju ciljeva, radnji i metoda odgovornosti<br>4. Podr\u017eava klijenta u identifikovanju potencijalnih rezultata ili u\u010denju iz identifikovanih koraka akcije<br>5. Poziva klijenta da razmisli kako da krene napred, uklju\u010duju\u0107i resurse, podr\u0161ku i potencijalne prepreke<br>8.Udru\u017euje se sa klijentom kako bi zavr\u0161ili sesiju<br>Kada radite sa klijentom na dizajniranju ciljeva, korisno je ciljeve smatrati i ciljem sesije i ciljem stvari koje \u0107e klijent raditi izme\u0111u sesija. Na po\u010detku sesije, tokom ugovora o kou\u010dingu, utvrditi \u0161ta klijent \u017eeli da postigne tokom ove sesije i kako ga dovesti do ishoda koji \u017eeli je zajedni\u010dki cilj. Tokom i \u010desto na kraju sesije kou\u010d i klijent zajedno rade kako bi utvrdili kako \u0107e klijent nastaviti da napreduje ka ishodima koje \u017eeli izme\u0111u sesija. Ponekad to zna\u010di da \u0107e klijent i dalje razmi\u0161ljati o ne\u010demu \u0161to se pojavilo tokom sesije. U drugim slu\u010dajevima to zna\u010di da \u0107e klijent preduzeti radnju ili niz radnji izme\u0111u sesija. Me\u0111utim, olak\u0161avanje u\u010denja i rasta prevazilazi jednostavno kreiranje liste akcionih stavki. Da bi pomogao klijentu da nau\u010di i raste u smeru u kojem \u017eeli da se kre\u0107e, va\u017eno je pomo\u0107i mu da shvati kako \u0107e ih akcije koje odaberu pribli\u017eiti ishodima koje \u017eeli. Tako\u0111e je va\u017eno pomo\u0107i klijentu da razmisli o tome \u0161ta je nau\u010dio sa sesije da mo\u017ee da integri\u0161e u svoj svakodnevni \u017eivot i koje \u0107e radnje preduzeti da bi to u\u010dinio. Najupe\u010datljiviji na\u010din na koji sam to uspela je da pitam klijenta tokom sesije \u0161ta novo otkriva. Ova pitanja \u010desto dolaze nakon \u0161to smo u\u0161li u raspravu o odre\u0111enoj ta\u010dki. To radim zato \u0161to smo fokusirani na razmi\u0161ljanje o problemu koji klijent \u017eeli da re\u0161i, ali na inovativne na\u010dine na koje svoje mi\u0161ljenje i pona\u0161anje mogu da preusmerim ka realnim ciljevima klijenata. Jednostavnim pitanjem \u0161ta otkrivaju dok razgovaramo kroz ovo, klijent se fokusira na prepoznavanje onoga \u0161to mo\u017ee nau\u010diti iz rasprave koju smo upravo vodili. Zahtevanjem od klijenta da izgovori svoja u\u010denja naglas, u\u010dvr\u0161\u0107uje se u\u010denje, jer mora aktivno razmi\u0161ljati o u\u010denjima, da ih izgovara naglas i tako\u0111e saslu\u0161a. Bez ove akcije klijent mo\u017eda ne\u0107e shvatiti \u0161ta je nau\u010dio ili \u010dak i ako shvati, mo\u017ee zaboraviti \u010dim se sesija zavr\u0161i. Zatim, pitaju\u0107i klijenta kako im ta nova otkri\u0107a mogu pomo\u0107i dok idu napred, oni moraju razmi\u0161ljati o tome kako \u0107e integrisati ono \u0161to su upravo shvatili u svoj \u017eivot i na taj na\u010din napredovati. Ovaj korak je krucijalan i dodatno u\u010dvr\u0161\u0107uje u\u010denje jer klijent ne samo da shvata \u0161ta je nau\u010dio ve\u0107 i kako \u0107e primeniti u\u010denje.<br>Kada poma\u017eem klijentu da generi\u0161e plan za napredovanje izme\u0111u sesija, obi\u010dno ga pitam \u0161ta bi \u017eeleo da uradi, umesto da ponavljam ideje koje je pomenuo tokom sesije. Ovo je prilika da klijent odlu\u010di koje ideje su mu najbolje dovele smer u kojem \u017eele da idu. Tako\u0111e je vreme kada \u0107e se li\u010dno obavezati da \u0107e preduzeti te korake napred. Jednom kada odlu\u010de koje korake bi \u017eeleli da preduzmu izme\u0111u sesija, generalno istra\u017eujem kakav \u0107e uticaj ovi koraci imati na njih i \u0161ta bi \u017eeleli da nau\u010de kroz ove akcije. Tako\u0111e im postavljam pitanja o tome kako \u0107e prakti\u010dno sprovesti ove akcije. Pitam ih \u0161ta bi moglo ometati njihov napredak i koji resursi ili pomo\u0107 koja im mo\u017ee biti potrebna u stvaranju uspe\u0161nijeg plana. \u010cesto ih pitam i za njihov rezervni plan u slu\u010daju da stvari ne po\u0111u onako kako je prvobitno planirano. Na kraju, govorimo o odgovornosti. Koje strukture ili pomo\u0107 su potrebne klijentu da bi se dr\u017eao te obaveze za sebe?
