Stare\u0161ine i ve\u0161tiji seljaci redovno razmenjuju iskustva i savetuju mla\u0111e. Ipak, performanse svakog alata ostaju izuzetno zavisne od individualnog talenta. Ovo se de\u0161ava usred dana i svi seljani izlaze da sakupljaju hranu ili love. Samo su seoski na\u010delnik i sedam stare\u0161ina videli kako se kamion pribli\u017eava. U \u0161oku su i ne mogu da veruju svojim o\u010dima! Kamion ih je zadivio i poprili\u010dno su se upla\u0161ili od prodavca koji je iza\u0161ao iz njega. Poklanja se na\u010delniku i uz mnogo strpljenja i nekoliko poklona uspeva da se oseti dovoljno prijatno da objasni da je svrha njegove posete ponuditi selu neke nove alate. Zatim iz svog kamiona izvadi kutiju sa alatom i vre\u0107u zaliha koje isprazni pred na\u010delnikom i seoskim stare\u0161inama razroga\u010denih o\u010diju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vrlo polako po\u010dinje demonstrirati kako svaki alat funkcioni\u0161e i mo\u017ee li se koristiti. Prvo \u010deki\u0107, zatim \u010deki\u0107 i ne\u0161to eksera, zatim odvija\u010d i \u0161rafovi, kle\u0161ta, ru\u010dna bu\u0161ilica, testera, stezaljka, britvica, reza\u010d \u017eice i na kraju igla i konac. Zavr\u0161ava prikazom svih potrep\u0161tina: u\u017eadi, metalnih \u017eica, traka i na kraju lepila koje demonstrira lepljenjem dva komada drveta. Prodavac zatim ponavlja svaki demon alata jedan po jedan i poziva \u0161efa da svaki isproba sam i li\u010dno iskusi kako ga koristiti. Zatim dolazi red na stare\u0161ine da u\u010dine isto. O\u010dekivano, poglavica i stare\u0161ine su zadivljeni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada se sve demonstracije zavr\u0161e, prodavac obja\u0161njava da je poslan da donese nove alate u selo i nudi da donira koliko god kutija za alate i tegli sa zalihama na\u010delnik \u017eeli, bez ikakvih tro\u0161kova i obaveza. Poglavica i stare\u0161ine su naravno zanemeli, bez re\u010di i u nedoumici kako da odgovore na ovako neverovatnu ponudu. Tra\u017ee od prodavca da ponovi svoju ponudu i da pri\u010deka dok odlaze kako bi se dogovorili \u0161ta da rade. Nakon mnogo rasprava, odlu\u010dili su da \u0107e ti novi i izuzetni alati biti prili\u010dno korisni za nove i va\u017ene projekte koje \u0107e li\u010dno usmeravati. Vra\u0107aju se i na\u010delnik tra\u017ei od prodavca da selu da 10 kutija za alat i 10 vre\u0107a zaliha, tri za poglavicu i po jednu za svakog stare\u0161inu. Prodavac preuzima kutije i kese. Poglavica i stare\u0161ine mu se zahvaljuju, mahnu mu na rastanku i odnesu dragocene kutije i vre\u0107e u pe\u0107inu u sigurno skladi\u0161te dok se odgovaraju\u0107i projekat ne realizuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa jo\u0161 uvek punim kamionom, trgova\u010dki putnik se zatim vozi do Lindina. Opet, svi seljani su napolju i samo su na\u010delnik i nekoliko stare\u0161ina tu da do\u010dekaju prodavca i gledaju ga kako demonstrira svoje alate. Vole da isprobavaju sve alate, puno se smeju dok to rade i apsolutno su zadivljeni. Me\u0111utim, kada prodavac ponudi da pokloni kutije za alat i zalihe svom selu, odvija se druga\u010diji scenario. Vau! \u201d Prodavac je potpuno iznena\u0111en, zatim se smeje i na kraju odgovara: \u201eNa\u010delni\u010de, \u0161ta \u0107ete uraditi sa svim ovim kutijama?\u201c Na\u010delnik odgovara \u201eako seljani imaju samo jednu kutiju, ve\u0107ina \u0107e je koristiti retko jer \u0107e se pla\u0161iti da razbije alat. Me\u0111utim, ako svako ima po dve kutije, nadam se da \u0107e po\u010deti da ih koriste svaki dan \u201d. &#8222;Na\u010delni\u010de, imate neverovatnu sre\u0107u!&#8220; odgovorio je prodavac: \u201eNa\u010delnik Pirasa je uzeo samo deset kutija, pa je moj kamion i dalje pun. Zbog ovoga mogu sve \u0161to je ostalo u kamionu da ostavim u va\u0161em selu \u201d. \u201eOdli\u010dno\u201c, odgovorio je na\u010delnik Lindina, \u201eSa\u010dekajte dok se seljani ne vrate. Pomo\u0107i \u0107e vam pri istovaru i svaki \u0107e uzeti po dve kutije. Onda bih voleo da ponovo ovo demonstrirate pred svim seljanima i poka\u017eete im svima kako da koriste svoje nove alate i zalihe \u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tako je i bilo! Uz pomo\u0107 zadivljenih seljana, prodavac je ispraznio svoj kamion iz svih kutija za alate i svih buradi napunjenih osnovnim zalihama eksera i vijaka razli\u010ditih veli\u010dina, teglama sa lepkom, bobinama niti, rolnama u\u017eadi, rolnama metalnih \u017eica i traka. Svaka kutija za alate sadr\u017eala je istih dvanaest jednostavnih alata: jedan mali i jedan veliki \u010deki\u0107, odvija\u010d, kle\u0161ta, ru\u010dnu bu\u0161ilicu, no\u017e, igle, britvice, reza\u010d \u017eice, stezaljke, jednu malu i jednu veliku sekiru. Svaki seljanin je dobio dve kutije, a na\u010delnik je zatra\u017eio i nekoliko dodatnih kao rezervu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Putuju\u0107i prodavac je jo\u0161 jednom demonstrirao kako se koristi svaki alat, a svi seljani su morali nekoliko puta da ve\u017ebaju i steknu ose\u0107aj za svaki alat i zalihe. Mnogo uzvika, pljeskanja i smeha pratilo je svaku demonstraciju i su\u0111enje. Postavljena su mnoga pitanja na koja je odgovoreno. Seljani nisu mogli da veruju svojim o\u010dima i nisu odoleli da govore o tome \u0161ta bi mogli da u\u010dine sa svojim novim alatima. Svaki alat je bio dovoljno jednostavan da bi seljani mogli da pretpostave njegovu upotrebu, a na\u010delnik je ohrabrio te rasprave. Kada su sve demonstracije bile zavr\u0161ene, prodavac je bio iscrpljen, ali sre\u0107an i uzbu\u0111en. Naklonio se. Svi seljani su pljeskali. Prodavac se ponovo naklonio. Bilo je jo\u0161 pljeskanja, ponovo se naklonio, zatim mahnuo u znak pozdrava i vratio se u svoj kamion. Na\u010delnik i svi seljani po\u010deli su da ska\u010du gore -dole i navijaju veoma glasno. Za svaki projekat bi nekoliko seljana dobilo uputstva od na\u010delnika kako da koriste neke od \u201eposebnih alata\u201c. \u010cim bi projekat bio zavr\u0161en, alati su uskladi\u0161teni u pe\u0107ini. Za sve rutinske ili svakodnevne poslove, seljani Pirasa, uklju\u010duju\u0107i Poglavicu i stare\u0161ine, nastavili su da koriste istih \u0161est osnovnih alata, unose\u0107i mala pobolj\u0161anja u njih ili njihovu upotrebu kako je vreme prolazilo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Novi alati su pomogli Pirasu da se promeni, ali je ta promena tekla veoma sporo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pirasu je trebalo tri miliona godina da evoluira do bronzanog doba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U Lindinu, na\u010delnik, nekoliko stare\u0161ina i nekolicina seljana nisu \u010dekali neki poseban razlog i odmah su po\u010deli da koriste svoje nove alate, u po\u010detku malo, ali postepeno sve vi\u0161e kako su postajali ve\u0161tiji i stekli vi\u0161e samopouzdanja. Seljani, uz nekoliko izuzetaka, su dobili energiju primerom svog poglavara i stare\u0161ina po\u010deli su da isprobavaju jedno po jedno oru\u0111e, po\u010dev\u0161i, naravno, sa &#8230; \u010deki\u0107em! . Ubrzo su otkrili da novi alati \u010dine svakodnevne zadatke lak\u0161im, br\u017eim ili poma\u017eu im da budu produktivniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u010delnik je me\u0111utim primetio da mu je sve te\u017ee bilo da se otarasi stare navike, svog automatskog refleksa, da zgrabi jedan od svojih poznatih starih alata za rutinske zadatke. Njegovo re\u0161enje je bilo da prikupi svih \u0161est alata, odnese ih najstarijem stare\u0161ini i da mu da slede\u0107e uputstvo: \u201eAko do\u0111em i zatra\u017eim jedno od svojih starih oru\u0111a, ne sme\u0161 mi ga odmah dati. Da\u0107ete mi moj stari alat samo ako vas uverim da je to zaista najbolji izbor \u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako su sticali sve vi\u0161e samopouzdanja, neki seljani po\u010deli su da eksperimenti\u0161u rade\u0107i zadatke ili grade\u0107i objekte koje ne bi mogli da izgrade sa svojim tradicionalnim alatima. Selo je bilo malo i vesti o napretku postignutom sa novim alatima brzo su putovale, ali je na\u010delnik primetio da stare navike ne umiru lako i da su samo neki od seljana u potpunosti koristili svoje nove alate. Svi ostali seljani nastavili su da obavljaju svoje dnevne zadatke na isti na\u010din koriste\u0107i iste stare alate. Neko vreme je razmi\u0161ljao da svojim seljanima oduzme sve tradicionalne alate, ali se predomislio. Osetio je da gruba sila ne\u0107e biti dobro prihva\u0107ena i da \u0107e izazvati veliki otpor. Umesto toga, trebalo mu je ne\u0161to \u0161to bi svim seljanima olak\u0161alo da se nose sa svojim li\u010dnim navikama, tradicijom ili nesigurno\u0161\u0107u oko svoje li\u010dne brzine. Postepeno su svi sve vi\u0161e koristili svoje nove alate, ali tako\u0111e nisu ni u potpunosti napustili one tradicionalne. Otkrili su da mogu vi\u0161e u\u010diniti ne samo sami, ve\u0107 i zajedno sa drugim seljanima. Razvio se timski rad i inovacije su po\u010dele da cvetaju. &nbsp;\u017divot je postao zanimljiviji, iznena\u0111uju\u0107i, uzbudljiviji. Novi alati pobolj\u0161ali su ne samo na\u010din na koji su seljani obavljali svoj posao, ve\u0107 i njihove me\u0111usobne odnose: sada je bilo vi\u0161e interakcije, poverenja, razmene pomo\u0107i, vi\u0161e deljenja, vi\u0161e komunikacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lindin se nije samo promenio, ve\u0107 se transformisao!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lindin je pre\u0161ao u bronzano doba dva miliona godina pre Pirasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dana\u0161nja sela su kancelarije u kojima sve ve\u0107i deo savremenog rada zahteva od grupa i organizacija svih vrsta da rade zajedno, da redovno sara\u0111uju unutar svoje grupe, \u010desto u grupama ili funkcijama, ili izvan svoje organizacije. Iako nije ru\u010dan, ovaj rad tako\u0111e zahteva alate, druga\u010dije, ali jo\u0161 uvek alate. Ovi alati su metode ili tehnike koje ljudi koriste da organizuju zajedni\u010dki rad kada se sretnu (li\u010dno ili virtuelno ili u kombinaciji oba). To su metode koje grupe koriste za napredak, re\u0161avanje problema, inovaciju, dono\u0161enje odluka ili prilago\u0111avanje promenama. Budu\u0107i da ove metode rada\/organizovanja odre\u0111uju koga \u0107e uklju\u010diti, koga \u0107e saslu\u0161ati, a koga ne, ko u\u010destvuje i ko doprinosi, one imaju ogroman uticaj na kvalitet ishoda i efikasnost njihove implementacije. Indirektno i ne tako vidno one ili pokre\u0107u ili ograni\u010davaju performanse i napredak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160ta mo\u017eemo da nau\u010dimo od ova dva sela iz kamenog doba?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da biste prona\u0161li odgovor na ovo pitanje, proverite svaku radnu grupu u va\u0161oj mre\u017ei: koliko alata\/metoda svaka grupa koristi rutinski ili dnevno tokom sastanaka i zajedni\u010dkog rada? Napravite spisak metoda za svaku grupu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zatim identifikujte koje grupe ili organizacije, poput sela iz kamenog doba, rutinski koriste samo nekoliko tradicionalnih metoda. Da li je ve\u0107ina ovih metoda drevna? Da li se grupa koja koristi istih nekoliko metoda sastaje i nakon sastanka bez obzira na dnevni red? Koliko prostora za sastanke zauzima pet metoda \u201ekamenog doba\u201c: prezentacije (ili predavanje, ili govor), vo\u0111ene ili otvorene diskusije, izve\u0161taji o statusu i brainstorming. Osloba\u0111aju\u0107e strukture (LS) (www.liberatingstructures.com) su jedan veoma efikasan skup: tri desetine metoda koje se lako u\u010de i koriste. Svaka LS je dizajnirana za postizanje odre\u0111enog cilja, a sve one su strukturirane tako da olak\u0161avaju uklju\u010divanje svih koji mogu da doprinesu na bilo koji na\u010din. LS se \u0161iroko koriste \u0161irom sveta, pa ne bi trebalo da je neophodno tra\u017eiti pomo\u0107 sa druge planete. Mnogo vi\u0161e korisnih ideja i informacija nalazi se u knjizi Iznena\u0111uju\u0107a mo\u0107 oslobodila\u010dkih struktura; Jednostavna pravila za osloba\u0111anje kulture inovacija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Druga lekcija iz kamenog doba: nemojte, kao u Pirasu, uvoditi LS samo vrhunskom menad\u017eerskom timu. Koje LS treba uklju\u010diti u radionice najbolje \u0107e odlu\u010diti mali tim \u201eseljana\u201c koji su upoznati sa njegovim izazovima: prvo predstavite set LS -a koji \u0107e seljani redovno koristiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ba\u0161 kao \u0161to je Lindin na\u010delnik shvatio i prihvatio da svi seljani ne\u0107e po\u010deti da koriste svoje nove alate u isto vreme, budite spremni !! Nekoliko ranih usvaja\u010da \u0107e sko\u010diti na LS, ali mnogima \u0107e biti potrebno vi\u0161e mogu\u0107nosti sa svakim LS -om za izgradnju samopouzdanja. Svakoj osobi \u0107e biti potrebno razli\u010dito vreme da promeni svoje dugogodi\u0161nje navike da uvek koristi iste tradicionalne alate i dugogodi\u0161nju naviku svih drugih da koriste iste stare metode. Kao \u0161to je bilo u selu iz kamenog doba, tako je i danas kada su u pitanju promene: izazov nije u alatima ili metodama, ve\u0107 u ljudima. S te\u0161ko\u0107om menjaju navike, sa strahom od neuspeha, sa pitanjem \u201e\u0161ta \u0107u ako ovo ne uspe?\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u010delnik Lindina se efikasno nosio sa svojim izazovom da promeni svoje navike. Strpljivo se nosio sa \u201eizazovom ljudi\u201c daju\u0107i svojim seljanima redovne prilike da se okupljaju, razmenjuju pri\u010de o svojim iskustvima, poma\u017eu jedni drugima, formiraju timove za pronala\u017eenje i izradu novih aplikacija itd. Za svaku grupu sa kojom radite, va\u0161 izazov \u0107e pomo\u0107i da se osmisli program (niz doga\u0111aja) koji \u0107e grupa slediti kako bi se <strong><u>svi njeni \u010dlanovi<\/u><\/strong> upoznali sa rutinskom upotrebom LS -a. S obzirom na ljudske nepredvidivosti, ovo \u0107e morati da se prilago\u0111ava korak po korak na osnovu napretka i neuspeha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u010delnik Lindina imao je jednu veliku prednost: poznavao je sve u selu i svakodnevno je hodao okolo posmatraju\u0107i kako svaki seljanin koristi nove alate. S obzirom da ne\u0107ete imati isti luksuz da svakodnevno hodate okolo, mora\u0107ete da se organizujete da ovo posmatranje i savetovanje interno obavljaju razli\u010diti u\u010desnici. U\u010dinite sve \u0161to mo\u017eete da inspiri\u0161ete svoje grupe da posmatranje i povratne informacije u\u010dine rutinskom praksom: to je klju\u010d uspeha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u010delnik se nikada nije raspravljao sa nevoljnim seljacima niti je prisiljavao bilo koga od njih da koristi odre\u0111ene alate. Ve\u0107inu svog vremena provodio je sa \u201esre\u0107nim korisnicima\u201c razvijaju\u0107i nove ideje ili ih skupljaju\u0107i za ve\u017ebanje i razmi\u0161ljanje.
