Kao formalni ili neformalni lideri, na\u0161a je odgovornost da pomognemo \u010dlanovima tima da se fokusiraju i krenu ka akciji kako bi postigli \u017eeljeni rezultat. Postoje tri osnovna na\u010dina na koje to mo\u017eemo posti\u0107i: kori\u0161\u0107enjem direktne mo\u0107i, manipulacijom i kori\u0161\u0107enjem me\u0111uljudskog uticaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Koristimo legitimnu mo\u0107 da usmerimo druge da urade ne\u0161to \u0161to mi \u017eelimo ili smatramo da treba da urade. Ovo je posebno efikasno u hitnim slu\u010dajevima, kada je neophodna brza, koordinirana akcija i kada se vidi da imate neophodnu stru\u010dnost i\/ili ovla\u0161\u0107enje. Tako\u0111e mo\u017ee biti korisno u situacijama kada ljudi nisu sigurni \u0161ta da rade ili su im potrebna uputstva o tome kako da ostvare zadatak. U vojnim ili drugim okru\u017eenjima gde postoji jasna i prihva\u0107ena linija ovla\u0161\u0107enja, direktna mo\u0107 mo\u017ee imati strate\u0161ku vrednost. Postoje, naravno, negativne posledice kori\u0161\u0107enja direktne mo\u0107i.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>o Ne dozvoljava drugima da steknu poverenje u sebe kao donosioce odluka i lidere<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o Ne ostavlja prostora za alternativne, mo\u017eda \u010dak i bolje ideje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o Vodi do usagla\u0161enosti, a ne do posve\u0107enosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG_0832-724x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6204\" width=\"169\" height=\"239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG_0832-724x1024.jpg 724w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG_0832-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG_0832-768x1086.jpg 768w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG_0832-1087x1536.jpg 1087w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG_0832-1449x2048.jpg 1449w, https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG_0832.jpg 1683w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Naravno, uvek \u0107e postojati situacije u kojima nam nedostaje legitimni autoritet, bez obzira na to koliko smo mo\u0107ni u nekim aspektima na\u0161ih \u017eivota \u2013 ili \u0107emo mo\u017eda odlu\u010diti da ne koristimo svoju mo\u0107 jer tra\u017eimo posve\u0107enost, vlasni\u0161tvo, i odgovornost za preduzimanje radnji od strane drugih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sa druge strane, mo\u017eemo prona\u0107i suptilne ili otvorene na\u010dine da manipuli\u0161emo drugima da rade ono \u0161to mi \u017eelimo. Mo\u017eda ovo radimo iz \u017eelje da ljudi osete taj ose\u0107aj vlasni\u0161tva ili posve\u0107enosti \u2013 da veruju da je akcija njihova sopstvena ideja. Na\u017ealost, malo koga ovakav pristup zavara. Predavali smo na\u0161 vode\u0107i program, <em>Exercising InfluenceTM<\/em>, vi\u0161e od dvadeset pet godina \u0161irom sveta i tra\u017eili smo od hiljada ljudi da opi\u0161u razliku izme\u0111u uticaja i manipulacije (kako oni do\u017eivljavaju kada se ovo primeni na njih). Izuzetno dosledan odgovor je da se uticaj vr\u0161i potpuno otvoreno, a manipulacija je skrivena ili la\u017ena.<\/li><li>Manipulacija, ose\u0107aju se kao da \u0107e ih neko navesti da preduzmu ne\u0161to \u0161to je protiv njihovog interesa. Primeri mogu biti:<\/li><li>Postoji \u201cskrivena agenda\u201d za sastanak<\/li><li>Predstavljanje sebe kao otvorenog da uti\u010de na odluku kada je ona ve\u0107 doneta<\/li><li>obe\u0107anje ne\u010dega \u0161to neko nema nameru ili \u010dak sposobnost da ispuni u zamenu za obavezu od strane drugog, ili<\/li><li>la\u017eno predstavljanje \u010dinjenica kako bi se drugi naveli da prihvate predlog.<\/li><li>Lideri koji vi\u0161e vole da manipuli\u0161u \u010dlanovima tima smatraju se slabim i manje vrednim po\u0161tovanja. \u010clanovi tima mogu preduzeti \u017eeljenu akciju, ali obi\u010dno kao odgovor na autoritet vo\u0111e, a ne na manipulativno pona\u0161anje. Tipi\u010dan komentar je \u201eZa\u0161to mi on\/ona jednostavno ne ka\u017ee \u0161ta da radim?\u201c<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pribegavanje manipulaciji mo\u017ee predstavljati (obi\u010dno uzaludnu) nadu da mo\u017eemo naterati druge da misle da je ne\u0161to \u0161to \u017eelimo da urade njihova sopstvena ideja. To mo\u017ee odra\u017eavati nedostatak ve\u0161tina ili strah da \u0107e neko primetiti da poku\u0161avamo da koristimo mo\u0107 ili uticaj. Koliko god da je motivisano, gotovo uvek dovodi do gubitka poverenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dakle, ako je va\u0161 cilj da postignete rezultate dok dugoro\u010dno odr\u017eavate i razvijate jake odnose sa drugima, koji pristup bi mogao bolje da funkcioni\u0161e?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Istra\u017eivanja jasno pokazuju da je uticaj najbolja strategija za postizanje rezultata i odr\u017eavanje i razvoj odnosa na duge staze. Ljudi prepoznaju da se influencer odnosi prema drugima s po\u0161tovanjem i nudi im izbor da prihvate, odbiju ili promene akciju.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Najefikasniji lideri biraju da uti\u010du na druge na otvoren, o\u010digledan i recipro\u010dan na\u010din. Prodaju<\/em> ih na osnovu razloga ili beneficija. Oni <em>pregovaraju<\/em> o po\u0161tenom sporazumu ili ih <em>anga\u017euju<\/em> u cilju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o Koriste prijem\u010divi uticaj da se <em>raspitaju<\/em> o tu\u0111im brigama ili da <em>saslu\u0161aju<\/em> njihove ideje. Oni se <em>uskla\u0111uju<\/em> sa drugima kako bi izgradili poverenje i <em>olak\u0161avaju<\/em> \u010dlanovima tima da deluju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>o Balansiraju ekspresivno i receptivno pona\u0161anje uticaja tako da razgovor o uticaju ide u oba smera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz svesnu i eti\u010dku upotrebu ve\u0161tina uticaja, mi kao lideri mo\u017eemo biti uspe\u0161ni i u izgradnji odnosa i postizanju rezultata. Na ovaj na\u010din mo\u017eemo izgraditi trajno poverenje sa i unutar na\u0161ih organizacija, timova i porodica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Najbolji timovi su izgra\u0111eni na poverenju i isto nude od samog po\u010detka umesto da zahtevaju od ljudi da ga steknu. Me\u0111utim, da bi odr\u017eali i razvili onu vrstu poverenja koja vodi do izvanrednih rezultata, lideri i \u010dlanovi mogu svesno da biraju i praktikuju ve\u0161tine me\u0111uljudskog uticaja u svim pravcima, odolevaju\u0107i isku\u0161enju da se sakriju iza paravana manipulacije i ograni\u010davaju\u0107i svoju upotrebu direktne mo\u0107i samo na neophodne situacije.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Poverenje je klju\u010dni faktor koji poma\u017ee ljudima da rade efektivnije i efikasnije u timovima.
