Igra\u010di su smireni, fokusirani, dok protivni\u010dki igra\u010di tr\u010de kao ludi da bi onda propustili loptu.. izgleda kao da se na\u0161i igra\u010di uvek na\u0111u tu gde treba da budu, u onom trenutku kada treba da budu tamo&#8230; bez mnogo vidljivog pokreta ili napora. <strong>To je efektivan tim<\/strong>. Ne igra\u010di<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-635 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/srpski\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/04\/Olaf_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"427\" height=\"521\" \/>Zamislite svoj omiljeni orkestar, d\u017eez ili rok bend. Neki od najlep\u0161ih, najdirljivijih, najose\u0107ajnijih muzi\u010dkih momenata uklju\u010duju mali broj svira\u010da, predstavljaju solo ili duet \u2013 kada ve\u0107ina svira\u010da ne svira. Da li oni i za ovo dobijaju novac? Da li biste \u017eeleli da oni napuste scenu, pridru\u017ee se drugom bendu za to vreme tokom pesme kada prave pauzu?<br \/>\nZavisi od toga koliko je igra predvidiva.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U klasi\u010dnom orkestru, kada se svira klasi\u010dna simfonija, kada je bubnjar potreban isklju\u010divo u \u010detvtom stavu(klasi\u010dna muzika ne isti\u010de bubnjeve, u slu\u010daju da niste primetili), onda \u2013 teoretski \u2013 oni bi mogli da se pojave na sceni tek posle tre\u0107eg stava. Veliki deo posla u dana\u0161njim organizacijama je takav. Imamo cilj, strategiju i nameru, ali ne nu\u017eno i detaljan plan. Timovi odlu\u010duju \u0161ta da urade dok rade \u2013 \u0161to je odli\u010dno, upravo odatle dolaze kreativnost i inovacija.<br \/>\nOvo nije efikasno. Ne mora da bude.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Zapravo, kada bismo se fokusirali na efikasnost, to bi uni\u0161tilo efektivno stvaranje vrednosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Kada bi efikasnost (odnosno upotreba resursa) imala mesto u timu:<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 Fudbalski timovi bi igrali sa jedanaest lopti<br \/>\n\u2022 U dobroj utakmici (kada je ceo ostatak tima na drugoj polovini terena) golman bi \u010duvao gol protivni\u010dkog tima<br \/>\n\u2022 Muzi\u010dari bi uvek svirali svi u isto vreme<br \/>\n\u2022 \u010clanovi tima bi vi\u0161e vremena provodili rade\u0107i sami, umesto jedni sa drugima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Zaista efektivni timovi:<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 Igraju samo sa jednom loptom<br \/>\n\u2022 Re\u0161avaju jedan po jedan problem, vr\u0161e jedan po jedan eksperiment ili uvode jednu po jednu funkciju<br \/>\n\u2022 &#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Za\u0161to je ovo va\u017eno?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mnoge dana\u0161nje organizacije \u017eele da budu \u201eagilnije\u201c, budu\u0107i da je danas te\u017ee predvideti ishod stvari. Tra\u017ee otpornost, inovativnost, \u017eele da podsti\u010du kreativnost i saradnju.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-636 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/bcoaching.online\/srpski\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/04\/Olaf_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"445\" height=\"296\" \/>U ve\u0107ini ovakvih organizacija, lideri i menad\u017eeri su navikli da upravljaju kapacitetom svojih ljudi na jednostavan na\u010din: najvi\u0161e se posve\u0107uju \u201eiskori\u0161\u0107avanju resursa\u201c. Stavio sam ovaj izraz pod navodnike zato \u0161to ne volim da nazivam ljude resursima. Mora da negde postoji \u0161kola za menad\u017ement koja podu\u010dava ovaj princip. Dobro radi za veoma malo problema, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i ma\u0161ine: zamislite da je va\u0161 auto konstruisan sa namerom da se svi zup\u010danici(ili bilo koji drugi delovi) jednako upotrebljavaju sve vreme \u2013 zar to ne bi bila no\u0107na mora?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Efektivnost ve\u0107ine sistema zavisi upravo od neefikasnog kori\u0161\u0107enja njegovih delova. \u0160to je unutra\u0161nja operacija sistema manje predvidiva ili redovna, to je ovo \u010de\u0161\u0107i slu\u010daj.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>U \u010demu je razlika?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Va\u0161 auto mo\u017ee da se kre\u0107e veoma efikasno u supotnom pravcu, \u0161to nije efektivno. Stvar kao \u0161to je automobil mo\u017ee da bude i efiaksna i efektivna \u2013 posebno kada je to vrlo predvidiva ma\u0161ina \u2013 organski entitet sa vi\u0161e nezavisnih agenata ne mo\u017ee. Da budemo precizniji: ne mo\u017eete da izvu\u010dete efikasnu korist od svih delova, kada \u017eelite da celina bude efektivna. Delova moraju da budu napravljeni tako da poma\u017eu jedni drugima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Dostupnost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se\u0107am se klju\u010dnog razgovora sa \u0161efom IT organizacije od pre mnogo godina, vezanog za konfiguraciju novog sistema za planiranje kapaciteta. Da bih dao pravi predlog, pitao sam \u0161ta on ta\u010dno \u017eeli da postigne ovim sistemom. Odgovorio je: \u201eMoj posao je da su svi moji ljudi 100% planirani u projektima\u201c. Zaustavio sam se na trenutak i upitao: \u201eDozvolite mi da parafraziram&#8230; vodite organizaciju za IT usluge za hiljade korisnika.
