Mo\u017eda je zna\u010daj organizacione kulture bio najbolje opisan u poznatoj izreki Pitera Drukera gde kultura mo\u017ee da pojede strategiju za doru\u010dak. Mo\u017ee se re\u0107i da se ovo odnosi i na digitalnu strategiju.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Jedan od na\u010dina uskla\u0111ivanja kulture i digitalne strategije je preko kulture kou\u010dinga. Mogli bismo da ka\u017eemo da je ovo vrsta organizacione kulture koja koristi kou\u010ding kao na\u010din rada u celoj organizaciji. Ovo zna\u010di da kou\u010ding postaje strate\u0161ki prioritet i sredstvo za rast organizacije. Zamislite da mo\u017eete da postignete otvoreniju komunikaciju umesto izbegavanja te\u0161kih tema; ili pove\u0107anje odgovornosti umesto igre krivice; ili smislene 360 povratne informacije koje promovi\u0161u istinsko anga\u017eovanje, posebno za milenijumce koji zahtevaju povratne informacije. Mo\u017eda najva\u017enije od svega, zamislite da organizaciono u\u010denje po\u010dne da funkcioni\u0161e tako da postane opipljivo. Kao ilustracija, Lew Platt, biv\u0161i CEO Hewlett-Packarda je rekao: \u201eKada bi HP samo znao \u0161ta HP zna, bili bismo tri puta produktivniji.\u201c Kultura kou\u010dinga je jedan od na\u010dina da se stekne \u0161iri pristup svim znanjima, iskustvu i kreativnim idejama koje postoje u organizacijama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Koji procesi i prakse treba da postoje da bi se uspostavila organizacija za kulturu kou\u010dinga? Odluka top menad\u017ementa da je kou\u010ding potreban, ili barem dobrodo\u0161ao. Menad\u017eerska odluka da po\u010dne manje da koristi komandni i kontrolni pristup, a vi\u0161e kou\u010ding stil vo\u0111stva. Ovo bi uklju\u010divalo ne samo kou\u010ding sesije 1 na 1 kako bi se svaki zaposleni posebno razvio, ve\u0107 i podu\u010davanje njihovih timova. Previ\u0161e \u010desto vi\u0111amo menad\u017eere koji su zadu\u017eeni za individualni ili timski kou\u010ding zasnovan na par slajdova u powerpoint-u, a da zapravo nemaju znanje ni praksu. Treniranje menad\u017eera za ve\u0161tine individualnog i timskog kou\u010dinga obezbe\u0111uje uobi\u010dajeno razumevanje uslova i praksi vezanih za kou\u010ding. Na kraju, kako bi se kou\u010ding kultura podr\u017eala, mora da bude integrisana u \u0161ire HR prakse, kao \u0161to je zapo\u0161ljavanje ili upravljanje u\u010dinkom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ovo su neki od uobi\u010dajenih temelja intervencije kou\u010ding kulture, koji postoje najmanje jednu deceniju. Me\u0111utim, digitalno doba je donelo neka nova sredstva za stvaranje kou\u010ding kulture u organizacijama. Ono \u0161to smo nedavno videli je brz razvoj tehnolo\u0161kih alata koji implementaciju programa kou\u010ding kulture \u010dine lak\u0161om. Brojni start up-ovi su ponudili HR tehnolo\u0161ka re\u0161enja koja koriste platforme kako bi podr\u017eali menad\u017ement kulture, strategiju kulture ili pravovremene povratne informacije organizacije. Ove kulturalne aplikacije koje dolaze od start up-ova kao \u0161to su CulturelQq, Impraise, Tiny Pulse, Qualtrics ili SQN su sredstva nove generacije koja podr\u017eavaju razmi\u0161ljanja u kou\u010dingu u celoj organizaciji. Oni tako\u0111e prenose va\u017enu poruku da kou\u010ding vi\u0161e nije samo profesija, ve\u0107 sredstvo sa kojim zaposleni na svim nivoima moraju biti upoznati. Na neki na\u010din, porast ovih platformi kulture menad\u017ementa zapravo zna\u010di da HR mora prvo sebe da promeni kako bi bio spreman da podr\u017eava digitalne promene na putu za mnoge tradicionalne industrije.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u0160to se ti\u010de organizacionih praksi u Srbiji, mnoge kompanije podu\u010davaju svoj menad\u017ement ve\u0161tinama kou\u010dinga. Za neke slo\u017eenije intervencije ugovaraju spoljne kou\u010deve; tu i tamo se koriste kulturalna istra\u017eivanja ili kvalitativna dijagnostika. Kada je u pitanju obuka kou\u010da, tu su Me\u0111unarodna Kou\u010ding Federacija(ICF) i Me\u0111unarodno Dru\u0161tvo za Psihologiju Kou\u010dinga(ISCP), programi koji osposobljavaju menad\u017eere i interne kou\u010deve tradicionalnim alatima i tehnikama. Kako mi ovo vidimo, individualni kou\u010ding je imao neku vrstu istorije u protekloj deceniji, dok su prakse timskog kou\u010dinga jo\u0161 uvek u za\u010detku. Upravo ovo je razlog za\u0161to treninzi timskog kou\u010dinga imaju klju\u010dnu ulogu u uspe\u0161noj implementaciji programa kou\u010ding kulture u kompanijma koje posluju u Srbiji. \u0160tavi\u0161e, u ve\u0107ini kompanija koje posluju u Srbiji jo\u0161 uvek nedostaje integrisani pristup kou\u010ding kulture koji ga povezuje sa \u0161irim HR praksama. HR tehnolo\u0161ka revolucija sa platformama kulture menad\u017ementa tek dolazi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u017divimo u vremenima uzbudljivim za poslovanje. U svetu se de\u0161ava jo\u0161 jedna tehnolo\u0161ka revolucija i kompanije poku\u0161avaju da idu u korak sa promenom. HR odeljenja se suo\u010davaju sa velikim izazovom vo\u0111enja kulturolo\u0161kih smena potrebnih za podr\u0161ku digitalnih transformacija. Vo\u0111enje projekata kou\u010ding kulture kako bi se podr\u017eala digitalna agenda je verovatno jedna od najuzbudljivijih i najizazovnijih funkcija dana\u0161njice. Rizik neuklju\u010denosti u kulturne projekte poziva Drukerovu metaforu za doru\u010dak.
