I see teaching others as a huge commitment to continuously work on myself therefore I am completing a multi-year formal learning curriculum in the area of intercultural competence adding new methods, frameworks and psycho-diagnostic tools to my portfolio (I am a qualified administrator and facilitator of Intercultural Development Inventory -
