Fourth time in a row educational center Agile Serbia organizes the biggest regional Agile gathering, Agile Serbia Conference, on 12th of June 2019, in Belgrade. The motto of this year is “Agile, In&Beyond IT”, regarding very strong influence of Agile beyond software development and demanding importance for project management and product development in non-IT industries. Because nowadays there are no limits for the implementation of Agile, whether you are dealing with project management, banking, finance, etc.
The star of the year and keynote speaker of 2019 Conference is Jeff Sutherland, the founder and co-creator of Scrum. Speakers will cover wide range of topics, so Sander Hoogendoorn and David Evans will discuss tech topics, Mirko Kleiner will discuss Lean Procurement and how to increase productivity, Riina Hellstrom will speak about Agile HR and how to improve performance, and many other fresh topics.
In three previous events Agile Serbia Conference has hosted top Agile and Scrum experts and leaders as speakers. They discussed trends and new techniques, helped attendees to become more Agile and improve themselves and their skills.
