My colleagues and friends would say I am someone who gets the results I want. I believe I developed this drive for results during my seven years of experience in Sales. My background in education and psychology has helped me to become a good listener, observer and influencer. It has also been instrumental in managing small teams and larger organizations. I have never been afraid of taking measured risk. One example includes my move to Human Resources after building a successful sales career. My constant hunger for challenges and innovation led me to the decision to build a career of an international HR Consultant relocating to culturally very different environment. Having experience as an HR Consultant and HR Operations Manager I have decided to add another dimension to my expertise; after several years of living, studying and working in different countries, selling to foreign customers, collaborating, leading and consulting people from around the globe, I have become a certified cultural intelligence (CQ®) facilitator and cross cultural trainer providing education and consultancy in the area of intercultural communication, cross cultural management and intercultural coaching. I see teaching others as a huge commitment to continuously work on myself therefore I am completing a multi-year formal learning curriculum in the area of intercultural competence adding new methods, frameworks and psycho-diagnostic tools to my portfolio (I am a qualified administrator and facilitator of Intercultural Development Inventory - IDI®) in order to offer my clients the highest level of learning experience.
