Belinda MJ Brown is a Master Certified Executive Coach, supervisor, author, and leadership facilitator who helps senior leaders—especially women—align professional success with personal fulfillment. Based in France and working globally through Equanimity Executive, LLC, she brings more than 27 years of experience spanning executive coaching, leadership development, strategic sourcing, customer service, and operations. Her coaching work focuses on resilience, influence, emotional intelligence, executive presence, transformation, and helping clients pursue what she describes as a “regret-free life.”

Before dedicating herself fully to coaching, Belinda built a corporate career in strategic sourcing and management roles with organizations including Walt Disney World, CHEP, Renault, and Pixmania. Since 2011, she has coached leaders across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, and has facilitated dozens of group programs and workshops. She also serves as a coaching supervisor and partner executive coach, and is active as an author in the professional coaching field.
