I have over 29 years’ experience in the IT and technology sector; the past 20 years of which have been working in national and global IT service providers. My experience and expertise is around 3 key areas:- • Development of local and international IT services technical capabilities and service operations • Pre-sales / service & solution design for large / complex customer requirements • IT Services portfolio management and value proposition development.
