My professional journey started in HR and evolved into leading Global Business Services organizations. This path has shaped the way I see leadership: sustainable transformation happens when people leadership, operational excellence and change leadership come together. Today I lead Global Business Services in Kaunas, working across multiple service lines and functions. My focus is building high-performing teams, developing leaders and creating organizations capable of continuous improvement and transformation. What motivates me most in leadership is seeing people and organizations grow. Helping leaders and teams unlock their potential is one of the most meaningful outcomes of my work. Alongside my executive role, I contribute to leadership development as a mentor, speaker and leadership trainer, sharing insights on leadership, change and organizational growth.
