With over 25 years of international experience across Europe, Asia Pacific, and South America, I have partnered with senior leaders in leadership development, cultural change, and complex organizational transformations. I am neither a classic coach nor a consultant. I work as a leadership sparring and thinking partner for leaders facing complexity, ambiguity, and responsibility. My approach is calm, reflective, pragmatic and grounded in real organizational life. I work internationally in English and German, with additional regional experience across Central and Eastern Europe.
