Njabulo has extensive experience in the Human Resources Management value chain. Her career began at an early age of 19, after completing studies at Rhodes University. She became one of the youngest graduates that Unilever had ever employed at the time. Since then, Njabulo has worked for several blue-chip organizations considered leaders in the Human Capital space. She holds an MBA from GIBS and has completed Heineken's Global Talent Development Program through INSEAD in France.
