Romina Ivancic

Senior people and organizational leader with experience across corporate HR, commercial leadership, and public-sector executive management. Originally trained as a psychologist, I combine a deep understanding of human behavior with practical expertise in building teams, systems, and cultures that perform in complex environments. I have worked closely with executive teams at the intersection of HR strategy, leadership development, and business performance—translating organizational goals into clear, actionable people solutions in both growth-driven corporate settings and mission-critical public institutions. Currently, I serve as Director of a public mental health polyclinic for children and youth in the City of Zagreb, leading organizational development, governance, and modernization in a highly sensitive, high-impact context. My work is defined by clarity, integrity, and a strong link between people strategy, leadership, and organizational outcomes. I remain engaged with the corporate and consulting community around HR strategy, leadership, and executive decision-making—where psychology meets real-world execution.
