Willem Jan is a Leadership Coach, Coach Supervisor and Mentor Coach since 2007. To this he brought 25 years’ experience as a senior executive with particular expertise in in the healthcare - and information technology sector. He graduated from the Leadership Coaching Certificate program at Georgetown University in April 2008, is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by ICF and has a Doctorate of Business Administration (2015) and his thesis is titled “Effectiveness of Leadership Coaching – An Integrated Evaluation Framework”. Willem Jan’s passion is to work with leaders and teams in organisations to deliver results through a strong emphasis on the human dimension.
