Dejana Dojčinović has over 11 years of experience at Erste&Steiermärkische Bank Croatia, where she currently serves as Head of Corporate & Markets Business Development Division. She leads strategic initiatives in digitalizing Corporate lending, business development, factoring and Corporate credit cards. Previously, she held various roles in sales support and business development. Before joining Erste Bank, Dejana spent seven years at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, advancing to Project Manager and leading projects in restructuring, M&A and strategic planning. She holds a PhD in Business Statistics from the University of Rijeka, an MBA from the University of Zagreb, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Rijeka. Dejana also completed the Erste Group Leadership and Senior Leadership Programs at IESE Business School.
