Giuseppe is a leader, coach and trainer, passionate about helping leaders, teams and organizations become more productive and resilient. Giuseppe holds all the guide level certifications from Scrum Alliance and is an ORSC integrated system coach. He currently leads agile42 in Sweden as Managing Director. In the last 15 years Giuseppe has helped various companies (including Ericsson, Swedbank, Tetra Pak, IKEA, Roche, Wärtsilä, Danfoss, Miro, Accenture, Hitachi STS) to create human and skillful work environments. He has embarked on a mission to democratize leadership skills. Giuseppe has spoken at several conferences, regularly writes articles and holds webinars about agility, change, culture, leadership and coaching.
