My professional roots are in engineering and large-scale software delivery, having worked as a Senior Software Engineer, Scrum Master, and Enterprise Agile Coach before moving into strategic advisory and leadership coaching roles. This enables me to bridge deep technical understanding with business strategy and governance. I bring a systems thinking approach to transformation — focusing not only on processes and structures, but also on leadership capability, culture, decision-making, and value creation across the organization. I am particularly interested in how AI and emerging technologies can be integrated responsibly into organizations, enhancing human potential, leadership effectiveness, and organizational intelligence. I also serve as an Executive Committee Member at ICF Colombo, contributing to the development of professional coaching standards and leadership capability in Sri Lanka. My purpose is to work with leaders who want to move beyond frameworks and tools — and instead build organizations that think better, decide better, and execute better.
