Quang Le, MSOD, Agile Certified Facilitator, ICF PCC, is the founder of Le Transformations LLC, a Washington D.C.-based consultancy specialising in organisational change, leadership development, and team effectiveness. Quang began his career in enterprise IT before recognising that the most persistent barrier to transformation was never technical — it was human. Since founding Le Transformations in 2017, he has developed original frameworks blending behavioural science, systems thinking, and strategy, and has worked with leaders and teams across the United States, the Balkans, Southern Africa, and beyond. His practice is grounded in the conviction that lasting change requires working simultaneously on the people side and the business side — and that the courage to surface what is really happening is always where the work begins.
