Violeta Ilincic is a senior HR transformation consultant and organizational development expert with more than 28 years of experience in people management, strategic HR, and change leadership. Based in Belgrade, she is the Founder and Managing Director of Human Capital Center SEE, where she advises organizations on HR transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational design, internal communication, and AI in HR analytics.
Over the course of her career, Violeta has held senior HR leadership roles in the banking sector, including at AIK Banka, Mirabank, Findomestic Bank BNP Paribas Group, Privredna Banka Beograd, and Eksimbanka. She has also contributed to large-scale organizational transformation, greenfield projects, and the design and implementation of key HR systems and processes. Earlier in her career, she led vocational guidance initiatives at the National Labor Market Bureau in Serbia.
Known for her strategic mindset, strong ethical standards, and client-centered approach, Violeta combines deep HR expertise with practical business insight.
