I have over 20 years of experience in projects and leadership both in the private and public sector. I have worked on agile development projects of digitalisation and technology as well as organisations and people. Thanks to my multidisciplinary background, I speak equally fluently about technology, business and people. This allows me to keep a holistic view of the project. I'm not afraid of making changes or taking responsibility. Currently I’m leading a research group at the HAMK Tech research unit. Previously I have worked as a project manager and a service manager, the head of competence development, a university teacher, and a researcher, to mention a some. With a positive attitude, I get my team to pull together. My colleague says it’s a pleasure to work with me because I make sure that my teammates succeed in their part. I can handle writing a PhD thesis as well as running a marathon. Challenges inspire me!
