Over the course of my career I have worked in a cross section of industries: hotel and tourism, financial, retail, social service, profit, nonprofit, government and private. In every industry, key issues have remained the same, understanding people and what motivates are key to determining the success of the organization. I have 20 years’ experience working with and for national, international and local organizations managing projects all focused on enhancing and growing teams, identifying those barriers that hinder either corporations or individuals to become the best they can be. Each organization comes with their own unique set of challenges and opportunities and this is the arena I thrive in.
