Heather McGough

Growing up, Heather would get bored easily. But she kept herself busy by asking questions and teaching others. She tutored kids at the local elementary school, served as a candy striper at the hospital, and was a leader on her sports teams. Heather is deeply loyal, has a competitive streak, and is optimistic like her father. Much of her drive today stems from experience leading various non-profit programs. After serving as an AmeriCorps (domestic Peace Corps) volunteer working with vulnerable populations, she went back to her hometown in the midwest to lead a program assisting adult english-language learners, later moved to California to help Bay Area residents who were on their last leg of public assistance, and then spent five years building programs for at-risk youth living in the housing projects of San Francisco. She was inspired by how showing consistency and commitment forms powerful partnerships that effect change. As a CEO, founder, and coach Heather will challenge you, but you’ll have fun along the way. She prides herself in asking tough questions up front to avoid future challenges. She's known for honoring commitments, a genuine interest in the goals of partners, leadership in the global educational ent/intrapreneurial community, and ability to meaningfully connect ideas with actions.
