I am a leader. I spend my days listening closely to customers and stakeholders so that I can understand the challenges and opportunities in the market landscape and translate that into a vision and strategy for our teams. I’ve owned and led businesses my whole career. I am an agilist. I wake up every day dreaming of ways to make work & workplaces better. I have been an agile coach, consultant, a business development executive, a product owner, and a CEO. These roles taught me all sides of the business, from what teams need, to the struggles facing hiring managers, to the paradigm shift needed throughout the business for agility to be sustainable. I am a communicator. My favorite times are those spent connecting with others, listening deeply and speaking authentically. And my most treasured successes are when something I say inspires someone to reconsider a previously held belief, or even sparks real change. Whether those moments happen from a stage in front of thousands, or one-on-one over coffee, they are equally impactful for me.
