I am a passionate evangelist for Conscious Capitalism – companies that bring humanity to business. I am a certified consultants in Conscious Capitalism, a designation that I earned from a year-long course of study and practice. The course instructor calls me “Yoda.” My certification project demonstrates my consulting appraoch: I met the challenges of my CEO client to build a more humane performance management system. I co-created the job design bringing in conscious principles of purpose, leadership, culture, and intrinsic motivation. And now the performance review is a balanced discussion that includes employee ideas for company-wide improvement. My approach: solve the business problem, work jointly with the client, develop a sustainable system, and transfer my skills so that the client can continue growing.
