I have had over 20rs’ experience in the corporate business, including manufacturing, retail, media, and the "big four" and with over 15 years in education & training industry. I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence, while putting employees at the heart of change. I have a strong background in human resource management, change management, project portfolio management and risk management. I hold a master's degree in CIPD and certifications from Thunderbird School of Global Management. A regular speaker at conferences focused on people management and risk management. I have a good understanding of business reality and, having work experience I can find a suitable approach to set up business cooperation with internal and external clients. I founded Academy and built a business model of a profitable center from scratch with a universal product portfolio. In my current role: organise and conduct professional training for business representatives, the younger generation and charitable organisations, and also teaches and coaches on the specialist subject of Corporate Management. Currently Academy offers 5 international certifications in various fields. For over 15 years, together with my team we have hosted 5500+ educational events, which were attended by 15,000+ clients.
